Two-Step Verification

To protect seller accounts and platform security, TikTok Shop requires all sellers to enable Two-Step Verification. This adds an extra layer of protection to keep your shop, data, and earnings safe.

• New sellers complete this during onboarding.
• Existing sellers must link a phone number and enable two-step verification. This will allow you to continue using Seller Center without disruption.

To avoid interruptions:

• Link a phone number
• Enable two-step verification

If you do not complete setup within 30 days of the first notification, your ability to withdraw funds will be placed on hold.
Once setup is complete, any restrictions are typically lifted within 24 hours.

How to Enable Two-Step Verification

1. Log into Seller Center.
2. Click your shop profile icon (top right corner) and go to My Account > My Profile.
   
3. Under Account Information, add your phone number. Email verification may be required.
   
4. Go to Account Security > Two-Step Verification and turn it on.
   • We recommend enabling at least two verification methods.
