How to set up LIVE GMV Viewer boost

Viewer Boost is a traffic solution integrated into LIVE GMV Max that allows you to strategically increase your live viewership. You can create 1 viewer boost per campaign to optimize viewer retention and is designed to acquire traffic and increase the number of viewers in your LIVE room.
Note: This feature may not be available to you yet.

Before you begin

• You'll need a TikTok Shop account with an active LIVE GMV Max campaign
• You'll need to pause any LIVE GMV Max campaigns using Max delivery optimization.

How to set up LIVE GMV Viewer boost

To set up LIVE GMV Viewer boost:

1. Sign in to TikTok Shop Seller Center.
2. Click Shop Ads in the left-hand menu.
   • Note: If you are in the U.S., click Marketing in the left-hand menu first.
3. Go to Campaign list and click LIVE GMV Max.
4. Go to LIVE GMV Max campaign list.
5. Click Optimize in the Target ROI campaign that you wish to boost.
6. Select Viewer boost in Optimize campaign performance.
7. Enter the budgeting details in Set up Viewer boost, including Daily budget and Schedule.
8. Click Confirm.

You can view the details of created, scheduled, deleted, or ended viewer boost in Optimize campaign performance.
Note: You can see the View boost period and Data view data in the overview table. Also, in Optimization Mode Result, you can view a separate Viewer boost session performance.
