Budget and spending

If your campaign's budget isn't pacing as expected after one full day:
  • Spending too slow: Decrease your ROI target slightly, or enable Viewer Boost to accelerate delivery.
  • Spending too fast: Increase your budget or raise the ROI target if the current ROI is higher than your goal.
We recommend adjusting your ROI target no more than once per day.
Frequent changes can interrupt system learning and affect ROI protection eligibility. If your campaign ROI is much higher than expected:
  • Check budget utilization.
    • Above 90%: Your budget may be too low for full optimization. Increase the budget to gain more GMV while maintaining target ROI.
    • Below 90%: During mega sale periods or for new advertisers, large GMV fluctuations are normal as the system re-learns and optimizes. Continue running the campaign for ~3 days.
  • If the issue persists, contact your sales representative for further review.
