This document outlines the requirements for selling Kids' Fashion Products on TikTok Shop. Kids' fashion products are also subject to our Restricted Products Policy. Sellers must comply with both this document and the Restricted Products Policy when listing kids' fashion products.Key Points:

Kids' Fashion Products
Kids’ Fashion Products include clothing, footwear, and accessories designed for children from infants to pre-teenagers aged 12 years and younger.Sellers must ensure all children’s products you list comply with applicable laws and regulations. This includes the Consumer Product Safety Improvement Act (CPSIA). Sellers are responsible for understanding and meeting all applicable CPSC requirements, including any required import and e-filing obligations, for each product they sell. The following Kids' Fashion Products are allowed to be sold on our platform through category qualification.

- Slippers

- Belts
- Earmuffs
- Gloves
- Scarves
- Shawls
- Watches

- Luggage
Prohibited Products
The following kids’ fashion products are not allowed to be sold on TikTok Shop:All beaded teethers, including:
- Beaded amber teething jewelry
- Beaded teethers made from amber, wood, silicone, or any other materials
Requirements To Sell Kids' Fashion Products
You may be required to pass category qualification to sell Kids' Fashion Products. This process requires submitting documents proving you are qualified to sell these products.Detailed requirements are listed in the sections below. Open each section to view what is needed.
Manufacturers, Importers, And Repackers
If you are applying to sell Kids' Fashion Products you manufactured, imported, or repacked, you may be required to submit the following documents:Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
Manufacturers, importers, and repackers may be required to submit a legible and unaltered Children's Product Certificate (CPC), which must include the following:
- The manufacturer or importer’s name and address
- The date of issue (must be within the last 365 days)
- Product details that match the product category and listing photos
- A clear description of the tested product
- The name and address of the CPSC-accredited laboratory
- All applicable consumer product safety rules, bans, standards, or regulations that apply to the product
- The date and place of manufacture
- The date and place of the most recent compliance test
- The certificate must be in English
Test Report Issued by a CPSC-Accredited Laboratory
Manufacturers, importers, and repackers may be required to provide a current test report issued by a CPSC-accredited laboratory. The test report must support the CPC for the product being sold, match the product listing and listing photos, and cover all applicable safety rules and standards. When submitting the test report, ensure it is legible, unaltered, current, and includes the following information:- The manufacturer or importer’s name and address
- The name and address of the CPSC-accredited laboratory
- The date of issue (must be within the last 365 days)
- A clear description of the tested product
- Product details that match the product listing and listing photos
- All applicable safety rules and standards for the product, with pass or fail results clearly shown
- The report must be in English
Product Photos with Tracking Label
- Show all sides of the product
- Ensure all packaging information is visible, including product descriptions, warnings, and other relevant details
- Include a clear and legible image of the tracking label
- The manufacturer, importer, or private labeler’s name
- The location and date of production
- Detailed manufacturing information (e.g., batch number or run number) or other identifying characteristics
- Additional information identifying the product’s source
- The label must be in English
Resellers
If you are applying to sell Kids' Fashion Products as a reseller, you may be required to submit the following documents:Children's Product Certificate (CPC)
- The manufacturer or importer’s name and address
- The date of issue (must be within the last 365 days)
- Product details that match the product category and listing photos
- A clear description of the tested product
- The name and address of the CPSC-accredited laboratory
- All applicable consumer product safety rules, bans, standards, or regulations that apply to the product

Purchase Invoice
- The supplier’s name and address
- The date of issue (must be within the last 365 days)
- Product details and quantities that match the products being applied to sell
- The invoice must be in English
Product Photos with Tracking Label
- Show all sides of the product
- Ensure all packaging information is visible, including product descriptions, warnings, and other relevant details
- Include a clear and legible image of the tracking label
- The manufacturer, importer, or private labeler’s name
- The location and date of production
- Detailed manufacturing information (e.g., batch number or run number) or other identifying characteristics
- Additional information identifying the product’s source
- The label must be in English

Choking Hazard Warning Label ⚠️
Children’s products that meet the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) criteria for choking hazards must include a clear choking hazard warning label. TikTok Shop requires all sellers to:- Ensure the choking hazard warning is clearly displayed in the product listing
- Include a compliant warning label on product packaging

Enforcement Actions and Appeals
We regularly review shops for compliance with this document and our Restricted Products Policy. If any violations are identified, TikTok Shop may take enforcement action at our sole discretion. This may include, but is not limited to:- Rejecting category qualification applications
- Deducting points the seller’s Account Health Rating
- Removing product listings
- Revoking access to offer products for sale
- Issuing refunds to customers
