How to Use

I. Complete Key Settings While Publishing or Editing a Product

Path: Seller Center > Publish Product / Edit Product Page > Listing Quality on the left panel > Recommendation
  1. First, complete the basic product information and fill in inventory for all SKUs.
  2. Review the incomplete items shown under Recommendation. The system displays only the items that do not currently meet the recommended standard.
  3. Click Apply as prompted, or complete the setup directly in the corresponding field.
  4. Review the information and submit the product.

II. One-Click Setup Card After Product Submission Success

If you miss settings such as free shipping or discounts on the product editing page, you can still complete them with one click after the product is successfully submitted.

III. View FBT Guidance After Product Submission Success

Path: Seller Center > Product Submission Success Page / Product Update Success Page
  1. After the product is successfully submitted or updated, check the FBT guidance card on the page.
  2. If your shop has not yet activated FBT, click the entry point to go to the FBT landing page and complete activation.
  3. If your shop has already activated FBT, the page will continue to guide you to create an FBT product.

Usage Rules and Important Notes

  • When publishing a new product, prompts for discount, inventory, and follower coupon will appear after you complete inventory for all SKUs. The free shipping prompt appears when free shipping is turned off.
  • When editing a product, the page checks incomplete items immediately after loading.
  • The follower coupon entry may be unavailable in some cases, such as when your account does not have permission, the product limit for follower coupons has been reached, or the current product has already been added to an existing follower coupon campaign. In these cases, please go to Marketing Center for further action or review.
  • The quick inventory setup on the product submission success page is shown only for products with a single SKU and a single warehouse. It is not displayed for other inventory structures.
  • If a related item has already been completed, the page will not show the same prompt again.

FAQ

1. Why can't I see the recommended settings?This usually means the currently checkable items already meet the recommended standard, or you have not yet completed inventory for all SKUs.
2. Why is the follower coupon option greyed out and unavailable?This may happen because your account does not currently have permission to configure follower coupons, the product limit has been reached, or the current product has already joined an existing follower coupon campaign.
