Use Your US Return Warehouse Address
You can set warehouse address for receiving returns. Please ensure that the return warehouse address is filled out completely. If there is any information such as apartment, suite, building, or floor, it must be filled in accurately. Incomplete address information may result in failure to deliver shoppers' returns to your warehouse smoothly, leading to goods loss.

If you are not sure whether the address is complete, we recommend verifying it through the USPS official website. Verification link: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress. Operation method: Enter your warehouse address and click "Find". If DPV shows "S" or "D" in the verification result, it indicates that the current address is incomplete. Please check and supplement the relevant information in the second line of the address, and then return to the Seller Center to re-enter the address after completion.

We offer two types of return warehouses for you to choose from, with the specific details as follows:
Use own US return warehouse address
Seller may set the address of the your own US warehouse. Please ensure that the return warehouse address is fully completed. If there is information such as apartment number, room number, building number, floor, etc., it must be accurately filled in. Incomplete address filling may result in the buyer's return not being successfully delivered to the warehouse, thereby causing goods loss.

If you are unable to determine whether the address is complete, it is recommended to verify the address through the official USPS website. The verification link is: https://tools.usps.com/zip-code-lookup.htm?byaddress; Operating method: Enter your warehouse address and click "Find".
- If the DPV result shows S or D, the current address is incomplete. Please check and supplement the relevant information in the second line of the address. The address is deemed complete and correct only when DPV displays Y.
- If DPV shows N, the address is incorrect or contains excessive missing information. Re‑verify and re‑enter the address until DPV displays Y, which indicates the address is complete and correct.
- If DPV shows Y, the address is complete and correct.

Use TikTok Shop US Return Warehouse Address
We support you in returning the returned products to the designated return warehouse specified by the TikTok Shop. Please make sure to pay attention to the following matters:
- The seller cannot specify a specific return warehouse. We will return the returned products to the platform warehouse closest to the buyer in accordance with the principle of proximity;
- Selecting this option indicates that you confirm and agree that if a shopper initiates a return dispute, as long as the TikTok Shop warehouse confirms that the returned product is correct, the shopper will be entitled to a refund;
- The seller confirms and agrees that all products returned to the TikTok Shop return warehouse and successfully received will be destroyed and cannot be returned or retrieved.
