Package Shipments Guide
AI Summary
Package View adds package-based shipping for live auction orders, so sellers can review consolidated packages, manually combine/uncombine/split orders, edit weight/dimensions, and print labels/ship in bulk from Orders → Manage orders → Package shipments. Existing consolidation rules still apply, including same warehouse/address/recipient/shipping mode and seller merge settings. Avoid printing slips during live sessions, and ideally ship after the live ends to prevent consolidation issues or shipment failures.
Background
To address the needs of the live auction scenario, where the same buyer frequently wins multiple items while the seller center previously only offered an "Order View" — making it difficult for sellers to identify which orders had been consolidated into the same package — we have introduced a "Package View" shipping capability.
Sellers can now review consolidated-package results in the "Package View" and manually uncombine, combine, edit package weight and dimensions, as well as print shipping labels and ship in bulk. This covers the entire workflow from package processing to shipment, reducing redundant packing, duplicate label printing, and wasted shipping costs, while improving overall fulfillment efficiency.
Operating Instructions
Package Shipments Page
Go to Orders -> Manage orders -> Package shipments. Packages are displayed in a package-based view following the platform's recommended consolidation logic, helping sellers easily review consolidation results and the orders associated with each package.

Filter Conditions
Sellers can use quick filters to filter packages by live session, order channel, buyer username, and time, and can also adjust the display order of packages. When filtering, as long as any single order within a package matches the filter criteria, the entire package will be returned in the results.

Manual Combine/Split Orders
The system displays together the orders that can be consolidated into a single package, based on the platform's order-consolidation recommendations. Sellers can review whether the consolidation results meet their expectations; if not, they can manually undo, edit the combination, or split the order.
Manually Combine orders
Select multiple packages and choose Combine orders to manually combine them.

Undo Combined orders
Sellers can remove orders that have already been merged into a package. Click a specific package, then select Undo combined orders from the drop-down menu to start the uncombine operation; then click Move to another package to move the order into another package and undo the combination.

Split order
Sellers can split multiple items within a single order into separate packages. Click a specific package, then select Split orders from the drop-down menu to start the split operation; then click Move to another package to split the order into a new package.

Edit Package Information
Sellers can edit a package's weight and dimensions, and choose to add value-added services, including shipping protection and signature service.

Shipping from Package View
Sellers can ship directly and print shipping labels from the Package View page.

Q&A
- Does manually combining packages in Package View follow the order-consolidation rules?
To combine packages manually, the orders must be from the same shop, warehouse, and buyer, with the same shipping address and shipping service. The combined package must also meet the shipping service’s requirements, and the service must be available for the destination.
Before purchasing a shipping label, enter the combined package’s actual dimensions and weight, then review the available shipping service and rate.
- Does Package View support bulk shipping?
Yes. As with the Order View, sellers can ship in bulk; TikTok Shipping sellers may ship a maximum of 600 orders at a time.
- If a package's weight/dimensions have been edited, how are they recalculated when uncombining or splitting?
By default, the weight and dimensions are recalculated as the sum of the individual items' values. If needed, sellers can re-edit the weight and dimensions themselves.
- What should I keep in mind when shipping during a live session?
We recommend that sellers complete shipping after the live session ends. If a seller has finished editing a package's weight/dimensions but has not yet shipped it, and a new order comes in that can be combined with the package:
- If the seller does not refresh the page and clicks Ship, the shipment will fail and the seller will be prompted to confirm whether to ship the combined package;
- If the seller refreshes the page, the new order will be added to the package by default, and the weight/dimensions will be summed per item — the seller's previously edited package weight/dimensions plus the new order's weight/dimensions will not be used.
- What happens if the picking/packing slip is printed but shipment is not processed immediately?
After printing the slips and before shipment, the platform will not automatically consolidate orders that are still eligible for package consolidation.
Therefore our recommendations are as follows:
- Avoid printing slips during live‑stream sessions, as this will disable automatic order consolidation.
- If sellers require consolidation, they should check for eligible packages for manual consolidation before actual shipment.
