Key Requirements:

• Avoid absolute or exaggerated claims (for example, '100% non-deformable').
• Provide complete and accurate installation instructions.
• Ensure all product information (material, brand, and dimensions) is truthful.

Non-compliance may result in penalties such as product removal or other account actions. For instance, minor issues may result in a listing warning, while serious violations could lead to account suspension. The scope includes, but is not limited to:

What to Avoid

• Absolute and exaggerated terms: "permanently indestructible", "100% non-deformable", and similar absolute terms
• Obvious false or unscientific descriptions: "All bacteria are killed", "All harmful substances in the air are completely removed", "Never moldy", and other unscientific descriptions
• Inaccurate material/brand information. Examples include listing plastic as "stainless steel," artificial board as "solid wood," or an ordinary brand as "same as a certain international luxury brand." Note: Listings with such claims may be removed.

Product Attribute

Attributes are an important basis for buyers to search for products. Detailed product attribute information can help buyers quickly understand product features, thereby increasing the transaction rate. Incomplete or inaccurate attributes may reduce product visibility, impact sales, and could result in listing warnings.

• Brand: Must be consistent with the actual brand and packaging display.
• Material:
  • Such as PP (Polypropylene) plastic, stainless steel, glass, ceramic, solid wood, bamboo, wrought iron, alloy, fabric, and other materials.
  • If it is a mixed material, it can be described by the main material + auxiliary material, for example, PP + stainless steel.
• Specifications/Dimensions:
  • Length × Width × Height (or Diameter × Height), Capacity (L), Thickness, Compatible Dimensions, and other relevant measurements
  • Measurement units should be standardized and use local units of measurement.
• Color/Style:
  • Color:
    • White, black, grey, blue, and other colors
    • Avoid using vague terms such as "popular color" as attributes.
  • Styles:

Product Images

Best practices for main image

• The main body of the product should be centered, and the main body should occupy the majority of the image area (approximately ≥80%).
• For transparent/glass products, pay attention to reflection control to avoid unclear outlines.
• For storage items, small furniture pieces, and similar products, consider placing comparison objects (such as common items) to show the actual volume. However, try to do so in other images, as the main image should focus on the product.

Best practices for other images

• Multi-angle display diagram:
  • Front/Side/Back/Top/Bottom, and other angles
  • Detachable parts, lids, drawers, and open/closed states
• Detail close-up:
  • Material texture (such as surface texture, brushed metal, or wood grain)
  • Key structures such as seams, solder joints (connections made by melting solder), screws/hinges, springs, and other key structures
  • Functional parts: buttons, pedals, rollers, hooks, switches, and other functional parts
• Dimension/Structure:
  • Mark the length, width, height, or capacity with lines/words.
  • For foldable/telescopic products, display the size comparison before and after unfolding/folding.
• Usage scenario:
  • Display in real-life scenarios: such as storage racks placed in the bathroom, cutting boards/tableware used in kitchen operations, and decorative paintings displayed in the living room.
  • If auxiliary items appear in the scene image, they should be labeled as "not this product". You must also specify in the details that "other products in the image are for shooting purposes only and are not for sale".
• Installation/Usage instructions.
  • If self-installation is required: Simple step-by-step images can be provided.
  • Wall hooks can demonstrate the correct installation methods, for example, drilling holes/adhesive mounting.

The details page should include the following information. You must provide all required information, including installation instructions. Not following image guidelines can lead to a poor buyer experience, listing warnings, or other penalties.

Material and Process Description (Required)

• Describe materials accurately:
  • For stainless steel, specify the type and avoid exaggeration.
  • For wood products, distinguish between "solid wood, veneered panels (thin layers of wood glued to a core), and medium density fiberboard (an engineered wood product)".
• Briefly describe the process characteristics, such as "smooth solder joints, firm welding", "surface powder spraying for rust prevention treatment", "high-temperature firing of ceramics", and similar process descriptions
• Avoid writing ordinary alloys as high-end materials such as "pure copper/pure silver/pure gold".

Dimensions and Load-Bearing/Capacity Specification (Required)

• Dimensions should be accurate and include units. If measured manually, the "tolerance range" must be specified.
• Capacity/Load-bearing:
  • Storage bins, trash cans, and similar containers can indicate volume capacity (L).
  • Storage racks, hooks, folding racks, and similar items can indicate the load-bearing capacity, for example, "Maximum load capacity of 1 hook is approximately 3kg".
• If the usage scenario is sensitive to dimensions, such as fitting into cabinet space or shelf height, it is recommended to provide an illustration for explanation.

• Avoid writing absolute claims such as "all odors disappear instantly" and "100% mold prevention." Note: Listings with such claims may be removed.

Installation/Usage Instructions and Precautions (Required)

  • Wall-mounted/Punched Hole Type: Specify the suitable wall types (for example, concrete walls, not suitable for hollow bricks/gypsum boards, which are a common type of wallboard).
  • Nail-free glue/strong adhesive tape: Specify the requirements for the bonding surface (such as smooth tiles or glass), the bonding steps, and the standing time.
• Usage method
  • For items such as mops and cleaning tools: how to assemble, how to wring out water, and how to replace the mop head.
  • For foldable storage items: the operation method of unfolding/folding.
• Precautions
  • Avoid placing near high temperatures/open flames.
  • Load-bearing limit reminder: Do not stand or sit on it, and do not carry items heavier than the marked weight.
