The August 2026 TikTok Shop US ACE Kickstart New Seller Promotion Program Terms (these "Initiative Terms") is formulated and issued by BD TikTok USA LLC.. ("TikTok"). These Initiative Terms stipulate the Eligibility, Requirements, and Rewards for the August 2026 TikTok Shop US ACE Kickstart New Seller Promotion (the "Program" or "Campaign"). As an integral part of the BUSINESS PROGRAM TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GLOBAL SELLING ON TIKTOK SHOP (US) (the "Agreement"), these Initiative Terms are governed by the Agreement. These Initiative Terms may include multiple plans, and the specific requirements and rewards for each plan will be set forth in the respective plan section. Unless otherwise defined in these Initiative Terms, the terms used herein shall have the same meanings as those defined in the Agreement.

I. Scope of Application

1. Campaign/Program Period: August 1, 2026 (UTC-8) to August 31, 2026 (UTC-8)
2. Applicable to: New US local sellers that are onboarded to TikTok Shop from August 1, 2026 to August 31, 2026 (UTC-8). Sellers must complete the missions within 60 calendar days after onboarding.

II. Definitions

GMV: The final GMV amount is defined as the total value of paid orders generated on TikTok Shop during the Program validity period after claiming the incentive and within 60 days after onboarding, minus the value of orders that involve fraudulent transactions or violate laws, regulations, or platform policies.

III. Participation Rules

New US local sellers that are onboarded to TikTok Shop from August 1 to August 31, 2026 (UTC-8).

Registration

Sellers can view and complete suggested tasks in the "Growth Center" of Seller Center.

Incentive Mechanism

Eligibility

New US local sellers that are onboarded to TikTok Shop from August 1 to August 31, 2026 (UTC-8).

Registration

Sellers need to join and complete this Program in the "Growth Center" of Seller Center. Incentives are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis.

Incentive Mechanism

Rewards Distribution

Ads Credit will be distributed to the seller's Primary Account within 1–3 days after completing the task. Sellers must have an active advertising account pre-established with USD as the currency. The award must be redeemed within 30 days after collection

ACE Kickstart New Seller Tasks 3

Eligibility

New US local sellers that are onboarded to TikTok Shop from August 1 to August 31, 2026 (UTC-8). Sellers must achieve the following targets within 60 days after onboarding.

Registration

Sellers need to claim each mission separately in the "Growth Center" of Seller Center. Incentives can be stacked after completion. Incentives are limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis - until funds run out. TikTok Shop reserves the right to change or terminate the Program at any time in its sole discretion.

Ads Credit will be distributed to the seller's Primary Account within 1–3 days after completing the target. Sellers must have an active advertising account pre-established with USD as the currency. The award must be redeemed within 30 days after collection.

IV. Others

1. Termination of Eligibility: TikTok reserves the right to terminate your participation and cancel related settlements under the following circumstances: violations, including but not limited to content violations (short videos violating recommendation rules, artificial traffic inflation), live stream violations (idle streaming, black screens, inflated viewership), and transaction violations (fake orders, fraudulent transactions, abnormal returns/refunds). Upon confirmation of violations, TikTok will revoke Eligibility, withhold settlements, and reserve the rights to recourse against any participant who commits such violations.
2. Program Modifications: If TikTok or TikTok Shop implements technical upgrades, product adjustments, or other changes affecting the execution of programs, campaigns, or activities, the most recent official TikTok announcement will take precedence.
3. Adjustments of Terms: TikTok retains the right to adjust, interpret, and update the terms set forth herein in accordance with regulatory requirements, operational necessities, and market conditions. TikTok's interpretation shall be final and binding. Any updates to the contents hereof shall become effective as of the designated implementation date, and continued participation following such implementation shall constitute unequivocal acceptance of the amended terms.
4. Compliance: Participation in this Program constitutes your agreement to comply with the Agreement and these terms set forth herein. Violations of the terms may result in the forfeiture of Rewards.
