Setup Guide

Single Order Setup

After a shopper places an order successfully, go to Manage Orders, select the order to request a shipping label. On the Arrange Shipment sub-page, check Signature Required to enable the signature service for this package.

Bulk Order Setup

Select multiple orders in Manage Orders to request shipping labels in bulk. On the Arrange Shipment page, go to Value Added Services, edit the signature service and check Signature Required to enable it for the selected packages.

Not Applicable for CBT service
Not Applicable for API Shipping

Only support sellers who ship orders through the Seller Center to purchase the signature service; sellers who ship orders via API cannot purchase the signature service temporarily.
