Overview
The Sender name for label feature allows sellers to display their warehouse name as the sender name on USPS shipping labels. This helps shoppers more easily identify the source of their packages and improves the post-purchase experience.When enabled, the warehouse name associated with the shipment will be displayed as the sender name on USPS labels.
When disabled, the current default sender name settings will continue to be used.
How to enable Sender name for label
- Go to Seller Center.
- Navigate to Logistics > Fulfillment > Default Action for Label Creation and Printing.
- Under Sender name for label, turn on the setting.
- Click Save to apply your changes.

How to change the warehouse name
- Go to Seller Center.
- Navigate to Logistics > Warehouses.
- Click Edit next to the warehouse you want to update.
- Update the warehouse name and save your changes.

How it works
- This feature only affects the sender name displayed on USPS shipping labels.
- When enabled, the warehouse name of the fulfillment warehouse will be shown as the sender name.
- When disabled, the system will use the current default shop name settings.
- For sellers with multiple warehouses, the warehouse fulfilling the order will determine the sender name displayed on the label.
