  2. Background of the film set, which can prove it is the same environment where they conducted the live / video setting. AND
  3. At least 1 physical product that is promoted in the film set/video setting. AND
  4. Filming equipment (for example, ring light, camera, laptop, tripod, and phone) that was used to film the LIVE stream/video
    • Filming equipment refers to the equipment that is used to film the video / LIVE stream.
    • Editing programs are not considered filming equipment
B) Proof of Authorization:Authorization Letter:
  • Authorisation letter that states that the original creator authorises the other party to utilise the content.
  • Authorisation letter should include the following depending on the scenarios:
    1. Collaboration/ Authorization Relationship between 2 Parties
      1. Both parties' User IDs (UIDs)/handles
      2. Video ID(s) that they are allowed to use
        • If they are allowed to use all the content, it should be clearly stated
        • If specific video IDs are listed, the original video ID should be included within the list
      3. Original creator's signature/ company stamps
