This document sets out the Q3 Referral Fee Reduction Policy for Seller LIVE Auction. Eligible sellers can enjoy reduced Referral Fee rates on qualified LIVE Auction orders, with dedicated incentives for new sellers and selected categories among existing sellers.

The policy is configured in monthly batches, and qualified orders during the effective period can enjoy the reduced Referral Fee rate.

🏆Policy Details

Seller type	New LIVE Auction Sellers	Existing LIVE Auction Sellers
Seller Definition	T0–T2 sellers (L30D Shop GMV: $0–$12.5K): eligible once they start LIVE Auction. T3–T5 sellers (L30D Shop GMV: $65K+): defined as sellers with last month Seller LIVE Auction GMV = 0.	T3-T5 sellers (L30D Shop GMV: $65K+): T3-T5 sellers with last month Auction GMV > 0 and L30D top GMV category in Womenswear & Underwear, Toy & Hobbies, Tools & Hardware, or Food & Beverage.
Policy Benefit	Reduced Referral Fee: LIVE Auction orders: Referral Fee reduced to 3% Non-eligible orders: Standard Referral Fee rate applies	Reduced Referral Fee: LIVE Auction orders: Referral Fee reduced to 5% Non-eligible orders: Standard Referral Fee rate applies
Policy Mechanism	How to participate: New sellers can get a reduced Referral Fee rate by using the LIVE Auction feature during the policy period. Eligibility requirements: Only qualified new sellers are eligible Applies only to orders using the LIVE Auction feature All qualified LIVE Auction orders with a $1 starting bid are eligible. Final order eligibility is subject to platform review Monthly cap: Each seller can enjoy the reduced rate of up to $1.6M qualified LIVE Auction GMV per month Activation: New sellers are included in monthly policy batches Once eligible and compliant orders are identified, the reduced rate will be applied automatically during the effective period, with no additional application required.	How to participate: Sellers can get a reduced Referral Fee rate by going LIVE and using the LIVE Auction feature during the policy period. Eligibility requirements: Applies only to qualified LIVE Auction orders using the LIVE Auction feature All qualified LIVE Auction orders with a $1 starting bid are eligible. Applies to selected categories and qualifying order criteria (final eligibility subject to platform review) Monthly cap: Reduced rate applies to up to $1.6M qualified LIVE Auction GMV per seller per month.

Local	Covers non-CP merchants only.	Seller Type = Local And Shop Top Pay Product Lvl1 Industry in: Fashion / Electronics, Books, Hardlines & Virtual Goods / Personal Care and Lifestyle / Health & Elevated Home / Beauty, Food & Beverage And Shop Successfully Onboarded = Yes

If a seller is restricted by compliance review or their order does not meet the policy requirements, the reduced fee benefit will not apply. Please reach out to your account manager if you have questions about eligibility.
