- If the product is a battery-powered device and the battery is packaged together with the device in the same package, select With equipment.
- If the product is a battery-powered device and the battery is installed inside the device, select In equipment.
- Battery Type:Select the battery type according to the battery type specified in the MSDS. Common battery types include:
- Lithium metal batteries: UN3481 or UN3480
- Lithium-ion batteries: UN3091 or UN3090
- Based on the information in the MSDS and the battery test report, enter the battery weight (this field refers to the battery weight) and the battery watt-hour information (unit: Wh).
- Upload the MSDS file. If the MSDS does not include the battery test report (UN38.3), upload the UN38.3 test report separately.

- Enter the product capacity based on the actual capacity of a single unit.
- Upload the MSDS file.
- Submit for review.

| 4 | Check Product Review Status | - After submission, sellers can check the product review status in FBT System → Goods.
- In Review: The review process takes approximately 3 business days.
- Approved: Sellers can create inbound orders and arrange delivery to the warehouse.
- Rejected: The product cannot be inbounded. Sellers can review the rejection reason, edit the hazardous material information, and resubmit for review.

| 5 | Inbound Order Creation and Packing | - Inbound orders cannot be created for hazardous goods before the review is completed.
- When creating inbound orders, hazardous goods must not be packed together with non-hazardous goods and must be packed separately. Hazardous cartons will have special markings.
- During physical packing, hazard labels must be affixed to the outer cartons in accordance with the requirements. Please refer to Section 1.4 – Requirements for Hazard Labels on Outer Cartons for Hazardous Inbound Shipments.
