How to print your orders on TikTok Shop?Once you’ve created and purchased shipping labels for your Shipped by Platform orders, follow these steps:
  1. Check the results of your shipping label purchases and select options for printing your labels.
After submitting the purchase request for your labels, you can check whether they were successfully purchased or if the purchase failed. Choose the size, format, and layout of your shipping labels before printing them out. You can also choose whether to include a packing slip.

  • What if my label is rejected?
To create a shipping label, TikTok Shop must confirm the shipping information with the carrier. If the system verifies the shipping information, the labels are generated, but if we receive an error code from the carrier, we are unable to complete the creation of the labels.
If we receive an error code, a "Label rejected" notice will be displayed for that order at the bottom of the page. Don't panic! The platform will show the reason for the error code and suggest ways to fix the problem. Once you’ve resolved the issue, you can click Recreate Label to continue the process.

  • Types of Errors
Different types of errors may cause your shipping labels to be rejected. These include:
  • An issue with the buyer’s address
  • An oversized product
  • An order failure with the shipping provider
Depending on what caused the rejection, issues can often be solved in just a few steps or, for more serious problems, you can contact the TikTok Shop customer service team to get more information on why the label was rejected.
  1. Printing labels for batch orders
Once you’ve clicked Print Shipping Labels, the Printing Result window will open. From here, you can go back to Manage Orders to continue shipping and printing for your next batch of orders or choose to view the shipping labels of the current orders.

  • What if my printing fails?
When printing a shipping label and packing slip, any failing results will be displayed in the Printing Result window, which lets you identify the errors by showing order IDs alongside the reasons for their failure. You can try again by clicking Reprint Failed Packages or using View Shipping Labels for more details.
