• Sellers can log in to the TikTok Shop Seller Center, select "Content hub" from the menu, and then find "Smart video" as the third tab.
  

How to use Smart video

Part I: Video performance & create ads

• Smart Video provides a comprehensive overview of your content performance, allowing you to filter and view data from the past 7, 15, or 30 days. Key metrics available include:
  • AIGC video-attributed GMV: Total GMV attributed to AIGC (AI-generated content) videos, generated by customers who click on a product link and purchase the product directly or later. It includes shipping fees, but platform co-funding and seller promotions are subtracted. GMV doesn't subtract cancellations or refunds.
  • Avg. views per AIGC video: The average number of views each published AI video receives. This helps you evaluate the typical reach and engagement of a single piece of content.
  • AIGC videos: Total number of AIGC (AI-generated content) videos submitted.
  • AIGC video views: The cumulative views across all your AI videos, helping you gauge the overall visibility of your content.
    
• The system identifies and recommends published videos that demonstrate strong conversion potential. Simply click Create ad to easily set up an advertising campaign and expand the discoverability of the selected video.
  

Part II: Key shoppable video tools

• Smart video provides quick access to essential tools designed to improve your video creation and publishing efficiency.
  
  • Video maker: Use your existing assets to generate and post shoppable videos with just a few clicks. (Learn more about Video maker.)
  • Video editor: Edit, refine, and customize your generated videos through simplified steps.
  • Auto-post: Allow the system to automatically generate and publish videos daily based on platform trends and specific product potential. Auto-posts are visible on users' feeds but hidden from your TikTok profile by default. If an Auto post is removed for guideline violations, your overall account health rating will not be impacted. • Easily access all your recent video generation projects from the top right corner of the page.

Smart video recommends products with high potential alongside trending videos and premium templates. These recommendations are tailored specifically for sellers based on their unique product categories and overall sales potential.

• Product posting opportunities: Discover which items in your catalog are primed for success. The system highlights specific products that align with current platform trends to help maximize your conversion rates.
• Video inspiration: Browse a curated selection of trending videos and proven templates relevant to your specific category. Apply these successful templates instantly to create engaging content that resonates with buyers.

• Use filters to identify trending, seasonal, or newly added products with high potential.
• Quick creation: Click Generate video to start creating and publishing videos in just a few steps.
• Creative inspiration: You can also click the top performing video template recommended for a specific product to gather inspiration, or click Re-create video to generate a video adapting a similar script.
• Daily updates: If there are no product recommendations today, check back tomorrow and ensure you have sufficient product inventory for fulfillment.

Explore trending videos from other sellers and top performing templates for specific product category to get inspiration for your own video creation.

• Videos from sellers: Select Videos from sellers to explore current trending content. Use the category and upload time filters to pinpoint a specific product category or trending period. Once you find a successful video, click Recreate video to seamlessly generate your own version adapting a similar script.
  
• Top performing templates: Select Templates to discover video templates proven to drive sales. Click View details to review the specific elements of a template, and then click Recreate video to generate a video adapting a similar script.
  

Part IV: Ready-to-post videos

All the ready-to-post videos are found at the bottom of the Smart Video page. This section serves as the central hub to access all your recently generated video drafts. The system may also provide pre-generated content for products with the highest potential. Simply preview selected videos and publish them directly to your linked accounts with a few simple clicks.

• Preview: Click on any video to preview the content.
• Review details: Click View and post to check all the details on the video posting page.
• Publish: When you are ready, click Post to TikTok to publish the video immediately.
