Eligibility and Application

Q: Who can apply to join the SquadUp program?

Any TikTok Shop creator with an active account is eligible to join. There are no restrictions on follower count or GMV.

Q: How do I apply?

You can apply by signing up. Review the coach options above and fill out their mentee sign up link. Complete the enrollment steps through the coach’s preferred platform (payment form, info form, etc.)

Q: How do I pay for the program?

Each coach manages their own payment process, so you’ll pay them directly according to their instructions.

Important note: All payment logistics—such as fee collection and refund policies—are the sole responsibility of each coach; TikTok will not be involved in managing or processing coach/mentee financial transactions.

Q: What happens after I sign up?

Once your coach approves you, you'll receive an email with next steps — including access to a private group chat for feedback, live discussions, milestone tracking, and any self-guided materials or audits your coach provides. Details may vary depending on the coach.

Q: What does the program include?

Coaches will offer personalized online mentorship, a structured curriculum, access to community group chats, and/or additional resources such as self-guided materials, audits, and live sessions — depending on their coaching style.

Q: How long is the program?

Each program varies in length dependent on coach and services.

Q: What happens if I need to leave the program?

If you need to leave the program, please communicate directly with your coach. Each coach may have their own policies regarding cancellations or refunds.

TikTok Shop SquadUp Program Terms and Conditions

TikTok SquadUp Program Terms and Conditions for Mentees:The TikTok Shop SquadUp Program ("Program") is offered by TikTok Inc. ("TikTok"). By joining the mentee waitlist for the Program, you ("You" or "Your") agree to be subject to these TikTok SquadUp Program Terms and Conditions ("T&Cs"). These T&Cs are subject to, and incorporate by reference, the TikTok Creator Campaign Terms, TikTok Terms of Service, TikTok Shop Creator Terms of Use, TikTok Community Guidelines, TikTok Advertising Policies, TikTok Shop Creator Privacy Policy, and any applicable TikTok Shop policies and guidelines as updated or amended from time to time (collectively, “Online Terms”).

1. Eligibility. The Program is open to content creators who are invited to participate and meet the specified criteria outlined below for an opportunity to choose a coach ("Coach(es)") and be a mentee under Your Coach's mentorship:
   1. You must be at least 18 years old and reside in the United States to participate in the Program; and
   2. You must have a TikTok Shop account with e-commerce permission in good standing.
2. Program Structure.
   1. After You successfully submit Your information through a mentee sign up and the coaches ("Coach(es)") for the Program are revealed, You will have an opportunity to choose and join a Coach's mentorship.
   2. You understand and agree that by joining and agreeing to a Coach's mentorship through the Coach's own URL, the arrangement between You and Your Coach(es) shall be strictly between You and Your Coach(es), which may depend on the Coach's availability, mentorship styles, fees, etc.
   3. You understand and agree that You are solely responsible (to TikTok, to Your Coach(es), and to others) and TikTok shall not be responsible for any of Your activities and/or Your Coach's activities under this Program, including but not limited to any disputes between You and Your Coach(es), the Fee(s) set by Your Coach(es), Your Payment to Your Coach(es), Your content, Your adaptation of the suggestions and recommendations provided by Your Coach(es), etc.
   4. You understand and agree that You will only look to Your Coach(es) for any disputes between You and Your Coach(es) and any payment involved.
   5. You understand and agree that TikTok is only providing You an opportunity to be a mentee. You understand and agree that this Program is voluntary and any arrangements, agreements, payments between You and Your Coach(es) shall solely be between You and Your Coach(es)and You will look to Your Coach(es) to resolve any issues under this Program.
   6. You understand and agree that any information you share, including but not limited to the information, content, images, videos you shared through your mentee waitlist form and application, etc., shall be used for this Program.
