Any TikTok Shop creator with an active account is eligible to join. There are no restrictions on follower count or GMV.

You can apply by signing up. Just review the coach options above and fill out their mentee sign up link. Complete the enrollment steps through the coach’s preferred platform (payment form, info form, etc.)

Each coach manages their own payment process, so you’ll pay them directly according to their instructions.
Important note: All payment logistics—such as fee collection and refund policies—are the sole responsibility of each coach; TikTok will not be involved in managing or processing coach/mentee financial transactions.

Once your coach approves you, you'll receive an email with next steps — including access to a private group chat for feedback, live discussions, milestone tracking, and any self-guided materials or audits your coach provides. Details may vary depending on the coach.

Coaches will offer personalized online mentorship, a structured curriculum, access to community group chats, and/or additional resources such as self-guided materials, audits, and live sessions — depending on their coaching style.

Each program varies in length by coach.

If you need to leave the program, please communicate directly with your coach. Each coach may have their own policies regarding cancellations or refunds.
