Seller Assistant is evolving from a Q&A tool into an agentic AI assistant.
This means it can:

How it works

In Seller Center (PC & App):

Important note: While Seller Assistant is available on both web and mobile, the desktop version offers the full suite of features. Some advanced functionalities may be limited or unavailable within the mobile app.

Open Seller Assistant

• Click the Spark icon in the top right of the Seller Center navigation bar to open Seller Assistant.
• The assistant detects your current page (e.g., Products, Finance) and tailors suggestions accordingly.

Ask a question or select a prompt

Examples:

• “What's my GMV last week?”
• “Recommend me a promotion tool”

Seller Assistant pulls from:

• TikTok Shop Academy

Think of this as your Shop's control center . If you need to change your Shop’s name, update your business address, or manage where your warehouses are located, Seller Assistant guides you through it. It also acts as your personal technical assistant. If your Shopify products aren’t syncing over correctly, Seller Assistant diagnoses the error so you can get back to business.
