Please be sure your address meets the criteria below, before you start onboarding onto TikTok Shop using the TikTok for Shopify App.

A U.S. business location is required (Only U.S. based businesses and warehouse address(es) are supported)
Your 'locations' in Shopify need to be in the correct format. (Shopify>Settings>Locations) Make sure the 'location' fields in Shopify are filled out correctly.
Valid country/region/state. (Only U.S. addresses are supported)
Valid and complete street information. (P.O. Box is NOT supported)
Valid contact information.
Valid phone number. (10 digit phone number format)
Valid zip code. (5 digit zip code)
We automatically sync the U.S. based 'locations' you have saved in Shopify to TikTok Shop during the onboarding process and save it as your warehouse and return location.
