Creator Review for Free Samples

Product Overview

You can now leave a review on eligible free sample products after receiving them. Reviews include a rating, written feedback, and a required photo or video, and will appear in the product review section as Creator Review of Free Product, helping shoppers learn more about the product before they buy.

How It Works

1. After receiving an eligible free sample, go to Manage Samples to start your review.
2. Rate the product and share your honest feedback based on your experience.
3. You will be asked to upload a photo or video with your review.
4. After submitting your review, you may be guided to post a shoppable video for the sample if you have not fulfilled the requirement already.
5. Your review will appear in the product review section as a Creator Review of Free Product.

• Focus on details that would help a shopper decide whether the product is right for them
• Clear, specific feedback is usually more helpful than general comments
• You do not need to make your review sound overly polished — real experience matters most

FAQs

Can I review a free sample product?Yes, eligible free sample products can now be reviewed through the sample flow.
Do I need to post a shoppable video to leave a review?No. Posting a shoppable video is not required in order to leave a review. However, if you have not yet fulfilled your sample requirement, you may still be guided to post a shoppable video afterward.
What should I include in my review?Share your real experience with the product, including what stood out to you, what worked well, and anything shoppers should know before buying.
Where will my review show up?Your review-style content will appear in the product review section as a Creator Review.
Will I receive anything for leaving a review?Some eligible review flows may include an incentive after review completion and follow-up actions, depending on the product or experience shown in-app.
When will I receive the review coupon?If your sample order is eligible for a review coupon, the coupon will only be issued after you fulfill the sample requirement. The coupon must also still be available at the time your sample is fulfilled. If the coupon has run out by then, you may not receive it.
