Creator Policy Quiz Overview

TikTok Shop is committed to helping creators stay informed about our content policies. One way we do that is by providing a Creator Policy Quiz feature. Creator Policy Quizzes cover common content violations, and the answers can be found in the TikTok Shop Content Policy. If you get a violation for your video or livestream, and there's a quiz related to that violation, the quiz automatically appears in your Creator Health Rating page. By taking the quiz, you not only refresh your knowledge about content policies, you have the opportunity to improve your Creator Health Rating as well. If you get a perfect score, 1 point will be added back to your account.

When to Take the Quiz

The Creator Policy Quiz becomes available in your Creator Health Rating page after you receive a content violation. You can take it anytime from when the violation is issued until the last day of the following month.
Before taking the quiz, we encourage you to review the section of the TikTok Shop Content Policy that relates to your violation.

Accessing the Quiz

In Creator Center:

1. Open the TikTok app and tap Profile in the bottom right corner of the screen.
2. Tap the Shopping Cart icon, then tap the arrow to enter TikTok Shop.
3. In TikTok Shop Creator Center, scroll down and tap Creator Health Rating.
4. Tap Take Quizzes.

From the violation ticket:

1. Tap the violation ticket.
2. Scroll down to Quiz Reminder and click View Quiz.

How many questions are in each quiz?

Each quiz has 3 multiple-choice questions.

Can I re-take the quiz if I don't get a perfect score?

Yes, you can re-take the quiz up to two times.

Does the quiz expire?

Yes. Each quiz is available starting from when the violation is issued until the last day of the following month.

If I don't have any points deducted from violations, can I take the quiz and earn points for the future?

No. The quiz is only available for existing violations.

Can I appeal my violation and complete the quiz at the same time?

Yes. The outcome of an appeal and the quiz are independent of each other. Earn 1 point immediately when you get a perfect score on the policy quiz associated with a violation. If your appeal is successful, all enforcement actions will be removed.
