Access the Commissions feature from Creator Center > Earnings (in your Creator Center Toolkit) > Affiliate Orders

Understanding your Order Status

Your orders can be in three statuses:

• Not settled: The order is yet to be settled. You will receive your commission within x days (the duration varies in different countries) after the buyer confirms receipt. Note that logistics problems may affect the delivery time. Click the "?" icon to view more details about the unsettled orders.
• Settled: The commission on the order has been paid to you. If no refund occurs within x days after the buyer confirms receipt (the duration varies in different countries), the order status will change from Not settled to Settled in X + 1 days. Click the "?" icon to view more details about the settled orders.
• Refunded: When the buyer asks for a refund, the order status will be changed to Refunded. There is no commission for refunded orders. Click the "?" icon to view more details about the refunded orders.
