Affiliate orders page FAQs
08/12/2025
Summary
What are the different order statuses on the affiliate orders page and how do they affect commission eligibility?
- Orders can be Pending (processing, commission withdrawable after delivery), Settled (complete, commission withdrawable), Not eligible (canceled/refunded, no commission), or Frozen (under risk control, requires customer service contact).
Why might the estimated commission differ from the actual commission earned?
- Actual commission is calculated as (Revenue - Refunds) * Commission Rate; returns, partial refunds, or cancellations reduce or void commissions. Estimated commissions don’t account for these adjustments or tiered order thresholds.
When and how will affiliates receive their commissions, especially after the April 15, 2025 rule change?
- Commissions are paid typically 15 days after order delivery, up to 31 days depending on seller settlement and dispute resolution. Local product commissions can be withdrawn anytime; cross-border commissions auto-withdraw every Wednesday. The new rule standardizes payment timing but may cause a temporary earnings dip.
What should affiliates do if orders are stuck in transit or frozen due to platform risk control?
- For transit delays, affiliates should contact the seller for assistance. For frozen orders under risk control, affiliates must reach out to TikTok Shop customer service for resolution.
How are reports on the affiliate orders page updated and what impact do major promotions have?
- Orders appear on the page within minutes after placement, but major promotions may cause processing delays without affecting earnings or settlement periods.
