When Will My Account Be Marked As Dormant?
Your account will be marked as dormant if we don't detect any of the following activities for 350 days.
- Logging into Seller Center
- Uploading or editing a product listing
- Hosting a Livestream using your shop's official or marketing TikTok accounts, with shopping enabled
- Posting a video on your shop's official or marketing TikTok accounts, with shopping enabled
- Clicking "Ready To Ship" on any order
- Responding to customer questions
What Happens If My Account Is Marked As Dormant?
You'll not be able to receive any orders, and your products will have reduced visibility.
To restore your account, login to your account and submit an appeal. Since you've been inactive for so long, the appeal will take the form of identity re-verification. Read our article, Verifying Your Identity: What You Need To Do, for more information.
Will TikTok Shop Remind Me To Appeal My Dormant Status?
