There are 2 types of quiz you can take:
- You can take a quiz for individual policy violations. Get a perfect score on these and you will earn points for your Account Health Rating.
- You can also take a quiz for milestone enforcements. The same principle applies here; get a perfect score and the duration of these enforcements will be reduced.
When To Take the Policy/Milestone Quiz
If you get a violation, and there is a quiz attached to that violation, the quiz will automatically appear on your Account Health page. Follow the instructions below on how to take the quiz.NOTE: The milestone quiz is available at every milestone enforcement threshold, except when your Account Health Rating is 0 due to your account being deactivated. However, the policy quiz is not available for all violations. Its availability depends on the violation in question.
How To Access the Quiz
- Log in to Seller Center
- Tap on Account Health on the left navigation panel
- Tap Learning Center
NOTE: Milestone quizzes have a special "Milestone quiz" badge. Policy quizzes do not have a badge.
- For the policy quiz, tap View related policy to review the relevant policy attached to the quiz
There is no "View related policy" link for the milestone quiz. This is because it is aimed at assessing your general understanding of all our policies. Please visit the Policy Center to become familiar with them before attempting your milestone quiz.
- Tap Details and get 100% to pass it
- If it is a policy quiz, points will automatically be added to your Account Health Rating. Refresh your Account Health page to see your new score.
- If it is a milestone quiz, the relevant milestone record will be canceled and a new one will be added with the reduced enforcement actions. You can review these records in your Milestone Records page.

If a quiz is failed or expires, the associated points will not be earned and the original enforcement will remain in effect.

Your Milestone Records page will be updated. The original milestone record will be canceled and a new one will be added with the reduced enforcement actions.
The reduction in the duration of your milestone enforcements depends on which milestone quiz you pass:
- For the 150-point milestone: duration reduces from 7 to 0 days.
- For the 100-point milestone: duration reduces from 14 to 7 days.
- For the 50-point milestone: duration reduces from 28 to 14 days.
- There is no milestone quiz available at 0 points, as your account would have been deactivated.
