The Policy/Milestone Quiz is a feature designed to help you get familiar with our platform policies, while improving your Account Health

• Quiz for individual policy violations. Get a perfect score on these and you'll earn points for your Account Health Rating.
• Quiz for milestone enforcements. The same principle applies here; get a perfect score and the duration of these enforcements will be reduced.

When To Take the Policy/Milestone Quiz

If you get a violation, and there's a quiz attached to that violation, the quiz will automatically appear on your Account Health

NOTE! The milestone quiz is available at every milestone enforcement threshold, except when your Account Health Rating is 0 due to your account being deactivated. However, the policy quiz is not available for all violations. Its availability depends on the violation in question.

How To Access the Quiz

1. Log in to Seller Center.
2. Tap on Account Health on the left navigation panel.
3. Tap Learning Center.

NOTE! Milestone quiz have a special "Milestone quiz" badge. Policy quiz don't have a badge.

4. For the policy quiz, tap View related policy to review the relevant policy attached to the quiz.

There is no "View related policy" link for the milestone quiz, because it is aimed at assessing your general understanding of all our policies. So head on over to Policy Center to get acquainted with them before attempting your milestone quiz!

5. Tap Details and get 100% to pass it!
   • If it is a policy quiz, points will automatically be added to your Account Health Rating. Simply refresh your Account Health page to see your new score!
   • If it is a milestone quiz, the relevant milestone record will be canceled and a new one will be added with the reduced enforcement actions. You can review these records in your Milestone Records page!

Frequently Asked Questions

How many questions are there in each quiz?

• Each milestone quiz has 15 multiple-choice questions, while a policy quiz can have from 3 to 15 multiple-choice questions.

Does the quiz expire?

• Yes. The quiz page indicates the validity period for each quiz.

What score must I get to pass the quiz?

• You must answer all questions correctly to pass it. If you do not pass it, you can retake it, but there's a limit to how many times you can retake it. So make sure to review the relevant policies before attempting the quiz, and try to pass it before it expires!

I didn't get 100% on a quiz. How will I know which questions I got wrong?

• We won't specify which questions you got right or wrong. But fret not, our questions aren't designed to trap you, but to help you better understand our platform standards. Review the relevant policy again and you should be able to identify which question you answered wrongly!

Can I take a policy quiz multiple times to earn more points?

• No. Once you pass a policy quiz, you can no longer take it again.

How much will the duration of milestone enforcements reduce if I pass a milestone quiz?

• Your Milestone Records page will be updated. The original milestone record will be canceled and a new one will be added with the reduced enforcement actions.

• The reduction in the duration of your milestone enforcements depends on which milestone quiz you pass:
  • For the quiz at 150 points, the duration will drop from 7 to 0 days.
  • For the quiz at 100 points, the duration will drop from 14 to 7 days.
  • For the quiz at 50 points, the duration will drop from 28 to 14 days.
  • There is no milestone quiz available at 0 points, as your account would have been deactivated.

I passed the milestone quiz. But my Account Health Rating has not changed. Does this mean milestone enforcements will be imposed on me again and I need to redo the milestone quiz?

• No. We will not re-impose milestone enforcements on you unless your Rating drops below the next threshold. For example, you passed the milestone quiz when your Rating was 148 points, but it has now dropped to 98 points, which is below the next threshold of 100 points. We will impose new milestone enforcements and you will need to pass the milestone quiz again to reduce their duration.

Can I appeal or correct my violation and complete the quiz at the same time?

• Yes, the outcome of an appeal or correction and the quiz are independent of each other. If you pass a policy quiz, points will be added to your Account Health Rating. If you pass a milestone quiz, the duration of milestone enforcements will be reduced. If your appeal or correction is successful, we will remove any enforcement actions taken and restore any privileges withdrawn.

My appeal or correction was successful and the enforcement actions were removed. Can I still attempt the quiz to earn points?

• Yes. You can still take the quiz to earn points. However, this only applies to policy quiz. You cannot earn points for milestone quiz.
