TikTok Shop takes action against sellers who violate our TikTok Shop Seller Policy and related policies. If sellers believe that an enforcement action has been taken against them in error, they may file an appeal to TikTok Shop. TikTok Shop will investigate the case and take corrective actions where applicable.

If the first appeal attempt is unsuccessful, sellers will be able to submit a second appeal within 15 calendar days after the appeal decision is sent to the seller.
All decisions made by TikTok Shop are at our sole discretion and are final once the appeal is concluded.

How long does the appeals process take?
Each violation is eligible to be appealed within 30 calendar days after the violation notification is sent to the seller. Appeals will no longer be eligible after this 30-day period.If the first appeal attempt is unsuccessful, sellers will be able to submit a second appeal within 15 calendar days after the appeal decision is sent to the seller.
