What is the Growth benefits center?

We have a new Growth benefits center to guide and reward you as you grow your business on TikTok Shop.
We previously introduced Growth Opportunities to guide you through the most recommended tasks to grow quickly. Now, use the new Growth benefits center to advance through seller tiers and access premium tools and scaling rewards.
Both Growth sections in Seller Center are connected so you can easily view your current tier, recommended actions to grow your GMV to hit the next tier, and current benefits.

How to find the Growth benefits center

Here's how you'll find the Growth benefits center in Seller Center:

1. Navigate to Seller Center
2. Click Growth
3. Click Benefits center

Growth benefits center overview

Growth benefits center is split into 4 major modules:
1) Your seller tierAt the top of your Growth benefits center, you'll see a progress bar that details:

• All of the seller tiers you can work towards and the minimum GMV threshold you'd have to meet over a 30-day period to achieve that tier
• The seller tier you are currently at based on your last 30 days GMV. You will also notice a callout marker detailing the exact GMV you have achieved on the progress bar.
• Note that the 2nd module, Your benefits, is automatically set to reflect your current seller tier. By clicking on other seller tiers, the benefits module will dynamically update to reflect the benefits associated with the tier you clicked

2) Your seller benefits

• By default, you will see the benefits you have access to (based on your seller tier) towards the bottom of the Benefits center page.
• If you have not achieved a seller tier or have clicked onto a tier where you have not met the applicable requirements, you will see the benefits as "Benefit locked"
• For any benefit (whether it's unlocked or locked), clicking on the "View Benefits" link will open a drawer where you can view additional details related to that specific benefit

3) View benefits details

• Clicking the "View benefits" link on any benefit (locked or unlocked) will open a drawer that lets you read more details regarding that benefit

4) Recommended growth tasks

Important note: This module is powered by our ACE Powered Insights. This means that you will need to have generated a large enough volume of sales for our system to start to generate tailored actions that you should take to continue your growth. Because of this, not all sellers will see this specific module at first.

• For sellers with enough sales generated, you'll see an additional module that's related to our ACE Powered Growth opportunities.
• These recommended tasks or actions are tailored based on your shop's data. The tasks are automatically prioritized so you only see the action(s) that will help move the needle on growth; helping you to hit the next seller tier and unlock additional benefits

Seller Tiers & Criteria

Important Note: Your benefits stay active as long as your performance does. Tiers are calculated on a 30-day rolling basis; falling below a tier’s GMV threshold or missing a tier's additional requirements will result in a lower tier status. Keep your sales consistent and continue to meet all additional requirements to lock in your current rewards. Stay above the GMV threshold to maintain your status or grow your sales and meet additional requirements to level up.
