How It Works

Go to Seller Center -> Analytics -> Marketing-> Promotional Tools
You can analyze all promotion tools or drill into any tool type you’ve created :
  • Each promotion tool is displayed as a top-level tab, making it easy to switch views, compare performance, and understand each tool’s contribution to GMV.
  • Metrics offer clearer shop-level attribution and refreshed indicator definitions, with expanded performance dimensions. For certain promotion types like coupons, you’ll also see unique, tool-specific metrics such as coupon claims and coupon usage to help you understand engagement more precisely.
  • The page includes individual promotions or aggregated product-level analysis, allowing you to see how individual promotions and products performed for deeper, more actionable insight.

To view an individual promotion, go to the Related Promotions tab and click View Details. You'll be taken to that promotion’s performance page, where you can see all included products and how each one performed.
