  • Ensure session length is at least 1.5 hours for Levels SS, S, and A.

How long does it take for a campaign application to be reviewed?

  • The review process typically takes 5-14 business days.

Can you withdraw from a campaign after registering?

  • You can withdraw if the campaign allows it by clicking the cancel button; if grayed out, contact your CM for assistance.

Am I eligible to participate in Campaigns?

To enroll in all TikTok Shop Campaigns, including Deals For You Days and Black Friday and Cyber Monday, you must meet the following creator eligibility requirements: Your Promotion Performance Score will be displayed to you if you have met at least one of the following criteria within the last 90 days: generated a minimum of 30 delivered orders in at least one product category, posted a minimum of 20 videos, or hosted a minimum of 5 livestreams.
  • You must have a Promotion Performance Score of 3.5 or higher.
  • You must have more than 150 points in your Creator Health Rating or fewer than 12 violation points.

What is the application criteria for Black Friday/Cyber Monday Key Livestreams?

It is recommended you meet the below GMV target goals for Key Livestreams before applying for a session. Please make sure you also meet the shop performance criteria for campaign eligibility. In addition, we will review your GMV generated in the last 30 days of livestreams to see if you qualify for participation. TikTok Shop will offer different levels of marketing support based on your approved livestream level. Please refer to the below levels before applying:
  • Livestream Level SS: Target GMV of $42,000 per livestream, >= 1.5hrs session length
  • Livestream Level S: Target GMV of $21,000 per livestream, >= 1.5hrs session length
  • Livestream Level A: Target GMV of $10,500 per livestream, >= 1.5hrs session length
  • Livestream Level B1: Target GMV of $4,200 per livestream, no session length requirement
  • Livestream Level B2: Target GMV of $2,100 per livestream, no session length requirement

Can I withdraw from the campaign after I've registered?
