Store review rating distribution
- Sellers can view the distribution of their store's reviews from 1 star to 5 stars as well as the proportion of reviews at different levels in the Review performance section.

Industry review rating distribution benchmark
- Sellers can see their review rating distribution and their outstanding peers’ in the category they selected. By comparing these two distributions, they can determine whether their own review performance needs to be improved.

Identifying reasons for negative reviews at the product level
- If the Seller finds that the proportion of negative 1-star and 2-star reviews in the store is relatively high, they can click on the review section and a list of those products will pop up on the right. This shows the number of product reviews, the proportion of these product reviews to the total number of reviews, and the proportion of this rating to the total number of reviews for this product.
- The product list can help Sellers quickly find the products that have received the most negative reviews, and they can optimize their quality and service based on the content of the reviews in [Seller Center > Product > Product Rating]. This can help improve their SES.
