Here you can:

  1. Monitor the complaint numbers and contributions in your shop

This feature gives you a clear view of the complaints distribution of the sold item. Review complaint numbers of your shop from different complaint types with the distribution, so you can learn what buyers are not satisfied with the order.
  1. View the main issue products that need improvement

With the detailed product list displayed for each type of complaint, it's easy for you to identify which products get more complaints, so you can improve performance and avoid the same issues in the future.

How to use the Complaints dashboard

Select the time period and categories that you want to check, and then you will see:
  1. Aggregate complaint numbers and contributions:
    1. View the total SKU orders with complaints of your shop in the selected category within the selected time range.
    2. Check the ring chart to see the contributions of level 1 complaint types:
      1. Complaint
      2. Fraud & risk control
      3. Order
      4. Promotion & coupon
      5. After sale
      6. Payments
      7. Fulfillment & delivery

  1. Each complaint block provides the absolute SKU orders with the specific type of complaint
    Hover on the "?" icon to see the definitions.

    1. Drill down by level 2 & 3 complaint types:
    You can break down aggregate complaint numbers by level 2 & 3 complaint types for more detailed insights. The page directly displays multiple level 2 complaint types and the contributions under each level 1 complaint block.
    Click on the triangle button beside the level 2 complaint name to see the level 3 complaint types and contributions.

    1. Product list
    When you click on the complaint names of each level in each complaint block, the related product list will appear on the right side of the page, including product name, product ID, complaint SKU orders (numbers), and the share of the complaint SKU orders (the total adds up to 100%). You can identify which products have more complaint issues and then take action to improve the performance of your shop.
