I authorize TikTok Shop by Tokopedia (""TTS"") to automatically manage, on my behalf, the following activities (""Smart Growth service""): Selecting eligible products and setting discount amounts for promotions. Enrolling products into campaigns and determining promotional prices. Allocating advertising spend to selected products to improve visibility through existing TikTok Shop channels. Automatically logging into my TikTok for Business (""TT4B"") account by retrieving my TT4B ID and linking it to my TTS seller account for the purposes of enabling Smart Growth service. Creating and sending CRM messages to customers based on pre-existing templates within TikTok Shop by Tokopedia, with prior preview and approval by me, subject to my ability to pause any plan at any time. I understand that I remain solely responsible for: The accuracy, legality, and compliance of my product prices, promotions, and CRM messages with all applicable laws. Ensuring that CRM messages are only sent to customers with valid marketing consent in accordance with applicable laws. I consent to TTS accessing, using, and sharing my seller account information (including TT4B ID) with TT4B for the purposes of linking my accounts and performing Smart Growth service. I understand that TTS is not a party to the agreement between me and customer(s) for the sale and purchase of any products. My participation in the Smart Growth service shall not be deemed as a representation, warranty, or endorsement by TTS of the price, quality, legality, compliance of my products, or any other legal liabilities related to the products. I shall be solely responsible for products sold to customer(s). I acknowledge that I can pause or stop any Smart Growth service at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, TTS shall not be liable for any loss of revenue, profit, goodwill, or other business loss arising from Smart Growth service.
