  • It provides a centralized dashboard showing revenue breakdowns, commission order performance, and top revenue contributors with visual aids like pie and line charts for daily trends.
  • Users can analyze commissions by GMV, items sold, and earnings, filter by order creation or settlement dates, and rank top products or videos by various commission metrics.

How does the Earnings Analytics module differentiate between "Order Created" and "Order Settled" data, and why is this distinction important for sellers?

  • "Order Created" includes all orders placed, even those later canceled or refunded, showing potential earnings, while "Order Settled" reflects finalized, actual earnings after adjustments.
  • This helps sellers track early performance and understand which earnings are confirmed versus provisional, aiding in accurate revenue forecasting.

What limitations or important considerations should sellers keep in mind when using the Earnings Analytics tools?

  • Data is available only from January 1, 2025, onward, with a maximum analysis window of 90 days per view.
  • Bonuses are integrated into commission totals to avoid double-counting, and canceled or refunded orders appear only in "Order Created," not in settled earnings.

How can sellers identify their top-earning content or products using the Earnings Analytics module?

  • The Ranking page allows sorting by commission GMV, items sold, estimated commission, bonus, or total earnings (in eligible markets), showing top products and videos.
  • Sellers can switch to the Videos tab and sort by estimated commission to find their highest-performing content.

Where can sellers access the Earnings Analytics module, and can they export detailed commission data?

  • Earnings Analytics is found in TikTok Shop Creator Center under the Earnings homepage.
  • For detailed order-level commission data export, sellers should use the Affiliate Orders section within the Creator Center.

      FAQs

      • Where do I find Earnings Analytics? Go to TikTok Shop Creator Center > Earnings. You'll find your Earnings Analytics modules in your Earnings homepage.
      • Why can't I see my earnings data from 2024? Earnings Analytics supports historical data starting January 1, 2025. Activity before this date won't appear in these modules.
      • I received a bonus, why isn't it showing as a separate line item? Bonus amounts are already included in your Est. Commission/Commission totals (and therefore your total earnings) to avoid double-counting.
      • Do canceled orders appear in Earnings Analytics? Yes. Canceled orders can show up in Order Created, which includes all order activity (even order that later become ineligible, like cancellations, returns/refunds, or zero-commission orders). They won't count towards Order Settled, which reflects only your finalized earnings.
      • What's the maximum date range I can filter for? You can analyze up to 90 days in a single view.
      • What is the difference between "Order Created" and "Order Settled"? Order Created is based on when a customer places an order and may include orders that later become ineligible (for example, returns/refunds or zero-commission orders). Order Settled reflects your finalized earnings based on settled order data (your actual take-home pay).
      • How do I find which video is my top earner? Go to Ranking, switch to Videos, then sort by Est. Commission (or Commission GMV) to see your top-performing content.
      • What's the difference between Est. Commission and Commission (actual earnings)? Est. Commission is a preview of what you may earn from orders before everything is finalized, and it’s helpful for tracking performance early (often in Ranking or the Order Created view), while Commission (Order Settled) is your final, settled take-home pay and excludes ineligible orders like returns or refunds.
      • Can I export or download this data? If you need detailed order-level commission data, go to TikTok Shop Creator Center > Affiliate Orders to export your commission details.
