The Star Shop badge has been replaced by two new badges: Gold Star Seller and Silver Star Seller.

To view this upgraded badge program on your Seller Center, navigate to 'Account Health' > 'Star Seller' to check the qualifying criteria and your latest badge status.
Help! My Gold or Silver Star has changed or been removed.
Gold and Silver Seller Star badges are refreshed on a monthly basis.Sellers who meet the criteria for a Gold or Silver Star badge will receive it automatically that following month, while sellers who no longer qualify will have their badges refreshed and removed during the monthly process.
Badges may also change between Gold or Silver as part of the monthly refresh.
What other seller recognition programs are there?
The Gold and Silver Star Seller program is designed for independent sellers. TikTok Shop also issues verification badges to brands and their authorized distributors.
Sellers who already have the Top Brand, Official Shop or Authorized Seller verification badges will not be eligible for the Star Seller program.Please reach out to your Account Manager (AM) to find out more about seller recognition programs.
