How to Access This Feature

Access the Hero Program:

Step 1: Log in to Seller Center.
Step 2: Navigate to Products on the left-hand menu.
Step 3: Click on Hero Program.

Eligibility Criteria:

You're eligible for the Hero Program if you have at least one product that meets these two requirements:

Meets Baseline Performance: A cumulative GMV of at least $250 and a minimum of three (3) completed customers orders in the last 30 days.
Platform Ready: Your product must be available for purchase on TikTok Shop U.S., be visible in TikTok Shop's search systems, and comply with all applicable TikTok Shop policies and rules.

Any qualifying product will automatically be included in your Hero Program dashboard.

How it Works

When you enter the Hero Program, you'll see a dashboard showing all of your eligible products. For each product, you'll see:

To-do actions required to earn rewards and your progress
Actual benefits you're working toward or have received from completing program actions

Ads Challenge (All-Star): This section helps your top products achieve "Hero" status quickly and efficiently through strategic, guided ad investment.

How the Challenge Works

The Challenge operates on a recurring 7-day cycle:

Each eligible product receives a specific ad spend target you must meet within the 7-day period.
The challenge is counted as successful when your product's ad spend meets or exceeds the target set for that week.

Eligibility

A product is eligible if it meets one of these criteria in the last 30 days:

Completed Milestone actions.
Achieved ≥ $10,000 in GMV or ≥ 300 orders.

Step-by-Step: Joining the Challenge

Access the Challenge: Go to Seller Center > Products > Hero Program. You will see two tabs: one for Milestone tasks and one for the All-Star Ad Challenge.
Join the 7-Day Challenge: Click the 'Join Challenge' button in the action column. Your specific target will immediately appear in the progress column.
Invest & Track: Invest in ads to meet or exceed the specified target during the weekly cycle. You can adjust the ad settings (amount, ROI, delivery mode) on this page or the GMV Max ad page.
View Rewards: Once rewards are unlocked, you can view them by clicking into the Reward section.
