I. Scope of Application

  1. Policy Period: October 1, 2025 (UTC+8) to October 31, 2025 (UTC+8)
  2. Applicable to: Invited Platform Open Plan (POP) Sellers and local (L2L) Sellers

II. Definitions

  1. "Newstar Product(s)" means the product pool designated by the TikTok Operation team. For details, please refer to:
  2. "Eligible Actively Sale New Product" means a Newstar Product that satisfies all of the following conditions:
A. Was newly listed on the Platform with the listing date between September 1, 2025 to October 31, 2025;
B. Generated at least one valid order during the Policy Period; and
C. Remained in compliance with the Platform’s product governance rules throughout the Policy Period.
D. From September 1 to October 31, 2025, has not obtained incentives of "September 2025 TikTok Shop US NewStar Product Sales Incentive Program".
  1. "Successful Cold Start Product" means an Eligible Actively Sale New Product that, during the Policy Period, has generated a Settlement GMV of at least $250 and receives no fewer than 3 orders.

III. Participation Rules

Plan 1: New Product Sales Incentive

  1. Registration Entrance:Seller Center - Product Opportunities
  2. Incentive Threshold:To qualify for the Rewards, each Seller must meet all of the following conditions during the Policy Period:
    • The TikTok Shop Store under the seller meets the requirement of Shop Performance Score ≥ 3.5 or null;
    • The TikTok Shop Store under the seller contains no fewer than 5 Eligible Actively Sale New Products;
    • All Eligible Actively Sale New Products must be rated Fair or Good under the Platform’s Listing Quality Guidelines;
    • Each Eligible Actively Sale New Product must include no fewer than five primary images;
  3. Rewards:
    • For NewStar products, based on the number of Eligible Actively Sale New Products listed in the Seller’s TikTok Shop Store that meet the Incentive Threshold within a calendar month, the Seller will be awarded an Ads Credit of $20 per Eligible Actively Sale New Products.
    • The Ads Credit is capped at $3000 per Seller per calendar month.
If the same Product is listed under multiple product links within the same TikTok Shop Store, it shall be counted as one Eligible Actively Sale New Product for the purpose of this policy and shall not be counted multiple times.
  1. Rewards Distribution:
The Ads Credit will be calculated and settled monthly. After the end of policy period , the Rewards amounts will be verified within 30 Business Days. Upon confirmation by TikTok, the Ads Credit will be provided to the seller's Ads Manager Account.

Plan 2: New Product Cold-Start Incentive

  1. Registration Entrance:Seller Center - Product Opportunities
  2. Incentive Threshold:To qualify for the Rewards, each Seller must meet all of the following conditions during the Policy Period:
    • Meets the requirement of Shop Performance Score ≥ 3.5 or null;
    • Contains no fewer than 5 Eligible Actively Sale New Products;
    • All Successful Cold Start Products must be rated Fair or Good under the Platform’s Listing Quality Guidelines;
    • Each Successful Cold Start Product must include no fewer than five primary images;
    • Completes any one of the following tasks:
      • Set an early-bird price discount; or
      • Enable free sample or Refundable Sample Program.
  3. Rewards:
    • For NewStar products, based on the number of Successful Cold Start Product listed in the Seller’s TikTok Shop Store that meet the Incentive Threshold within a calendar month, the Seller will be awarded an Ads Credit of $50 per Successful Cold Start Product.
    • The Ads Credit is capped at $3000 per Seller per calendar month.
If the same product is listed under multiple product links within the same TikTok Shop Store, it shall be counted as one Successful Cold Start Product for the purpose of this policy and shall not be counted multiple times.
