During the first 60 days after completing your TikTok Shop seller onboarding, you'll be able to participate in our 60-day seller camp program that helps motivate you to learn how to operate and drive traffic to your shop. This camp will provide recommended action items that have been successful in other sellers' experiences, as well as introduce tools to help you achieve your first sale on TikTok Shop.
By completing the recommended actions within those first 60 days, as a new seller, you can claim up to $1,100 in product coupons for your customers in addition to a 30-day exclusive 3% referral fee discount if you achieve your first sale within 60 days after onboarding.* These benefits are intended to accelerate your seller journey and jumpstart your growth on TikTok Shop.

How do I access TikTok Shop's 60-day seller camp?

The seller camp is only available for sellers who are in their first 60 days after completing their onboarding. You can access the camp through the Seller Center homepage or the app.
You can access it on the homepage of the web and app version of Seller Center.

1. Web version: Click Growth on the navigation bar in Seller Center.

2. App version: You can navigate to the 60-day seller camp module on the homepage of Seller app.

In the seller camp module, go to the New Seller Guide section and watch a video for basic knowledge on how to operate your shop to increase exposure and sales. After watching the video, you'll be able to claim a reward — these rewards typically consist of product coupons for your customers.

Explore your step-by-step guidance that's tailored to your shop performance and inspired by other successful sellers who experienced revenue growth using similar actions.
To take action on the suggestions, click Start next to each suggestion. You'll see a pop-up window showing the benefits, criteria, and instructions.Click Continue to go to the page where you'll complete the mission. Follow the instructions to learn more skills and strategies on TikTok Shop.

Enjoy exclusive referral fee discount when you achieve the first sale

New sellers who achieve their first sale and have a Gross Merchandise Value over 0 within 60 days after completing their onboarding will receive a 30-day discounted referral fee rate of 3% — this rate will take effect within 48 hours after the first order is placed. After 30 days, sellers will be charged the referral rate based on their category.
