Why TikTok Shop May Apply Temporary Restrictions

Temporary restrictions may be used while TikTok Shop:

• Performs security checks to prevent fraud or unauthorized access
• Reviews suspicious or unusual activity
• Verifies compliance information or required documents

What occurs during a temporary account restriction?

You will be notified

• You’ll receive a notice explaining the reason and expected duration
• Restrictions may last up to 30 days

Some features may be limited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Seller campaigns
• Affiliate Marketplace access
• Fund withdrawals or settlement timing
• Order Volume Limits (OVL)

Support is available

• If you believe the restriction was applied in error, submit a Help Ticket through Seller Center
• Customer Support can answer questions during this period
