Fast Refund for Eligible Refundable Sample Orders

Product Overview

We're speeding up refunds for eligible creators using Refundable Samples. If you qualify, your refund may be processed automatically after you meet the refund conditions.

Benefits

• Get refunded sooner: Eligible creators may unlock a fast refund once you reach a required number of successfully delivered affiliate-generated sales.
• Faster refunds: Refund timing is improving overall. The average refund time is improving from 80 days to 50 days.
• Try samples with less risk: Refundable Samples are now lower-risk, so you can request samples with more confidence.

Important: "Fast" means earlier than the standard timeline once requirements are met

How it works

1. Eligibility is automatic

Fast refunds are applied automatically to creators who qualify. Eligibility is determined automatically based on platform signals and may change over time.

2. Refund triggers after delivered sales meet the requirement

For orders eligible for Fast Refund, the refund is processed automatically when you reach a sufficient number of affiliate-generated sales orders that are successfully delivered

• Example timeline (requirement: 2 delivered sales)
  1. You request a Refundable Sample (eligible for Fast Refund)
  2. You publish content and drive sales
  3. Order #1 is delivered → you're now at 1/2 delivered sales
  4. Order #2 is delivered → requirement met
  5. T+1 day → refund is automatically processed

• If the requirement is 2 delivered sales, your refund is processed after the second affiliate-generated order is delivered.
• Refund processing includes a T+1 day delay after the requirement is met.

3. Where to track it

You can track order status in "Manage samples" → "Order details"

Tips

• Delivered sales are what counts. A sale isn't counted towards the requirement until the order is successfully delivered.
• Expect the T+1 delay. Even after you meet the delivered sales requirements, refunds are processed with a T+1 delay, so seeing a short lag is normal.
• Aim for momentum early. If your requirement is “N delivered orders,” front-load content and CTAs to reach your goal faster.
• Fast Refund is determined per order. Some Refundable Sample orders may qualify for Fast Refund, while others may follow the standard refund timeline. If an order isn’t eligible, nothing is wrong (your refund will still be processed normally).

1. How do I qualify for a Fast Refund? Fast Refund is available to eligible creators based on system eligibility checks. If you qualify, you'll see the Fast Refund benefit during the sample selection flow and on the product page.
2. When will I receive my refund? Your refund is processed automatically after you generate a sale. Overall, the average refund time is improving from 80 days to about 50 days.
3. Where can I see if a product offers Fast Refund? You'll see the Fast Refund benefit on the product detail page (PDP) experience and during sample selection.
4. Do I need to do anything to request a refund? No. If Fast Refund applies, the refund is processed automatically once the sale condition is met.
5. What if I don't see Fast Refund? Fast Refund may not be available for every creator or every product. If it's available for you, it will appear in the flow automatically.
