How It Works

Sellers are always looking for talented creators to showcase their products. When a seller identifies you as a great potential partner, they can send you a direct invitation to collaborate. Here’s how you can find and accept these special invites.
Step 1: Find your invitesYou can find Collab Invites in two convenient spots: your TikTok Shop inbox (located within your main TikTok inbox) or in the TikTok Shop Creator Center.
Step 2: Explore your invitationsIn the Creator Center, you’ll see your invites organized to help you find the best fit. You can browse Featured Invites for you, see a list of the Best products from invites, or tap All collab invites to see everything.
Step 3: Filter and sort to find gemsOn the All collab invites page, use filters to narrow down your options. You can filter by store ratings, commission rates, and more. Look for helpful tags like higher commission and free products to spot the most exciting offers.
Step 4: Accept the invite and add productsWhen you tap on an invite, you'll see a message from the seller and the list of products they’ve chosen for you. Simply tap the button to add any of these products to your showcase.

Tips

• Save for later: Not ready to decide? Use the Save feature on an invite. This bookmarks it so you can easily find it later under the "Saved" filter, preventing great opportunities from getting lost in your inbox.
• Check the details: Always read the seller's message. They might include helpful talking points, content ideas, or special instructions that can help you create a video that really connects with your audience and drives sales.
• Review expired invites: Curious about what you've missed? You can view expired or canceled invitations by tapping the button in the top-right corner of the collab invites page. This can give you insight into the types of sellers who are interested in working with you.

• Do I have to accept every invite I receive? Not at all! You have complete control. Only accept the invitations for products that you genuinely like and believe your audience will love.
• What’s the difference between a Collab Invite and adding a product from the marketplace? Products in the general marketplace are open for any creator to add. Collab Invites are exclusive invitations sent directly from a seller to you, and they may come with special perks like higher commission rates or free samples that aren't publicly available.
• Where can I see invitations that have expired or been canceled by the seller? On the main collab invites page, tap the icon in the top-right corner. This will take you to a list of all expired or canceled invitations.
