You’ll see this feature only when you’re replying to eligible comments.
You can use this feature if:
  • You are replying to comments on your own videos
  • You are a TikTok Shop creator in good standing
  • You have Showcase enabled
  • The comment shows clear product interest (for example: “Where is this from?”)
If you don’t see the option, the comment may not be eligible, or your account may not meet the requirements yet.

  1. Open your video’s comments: Find a comment asking about a product shown or mentioned in the video.
  2. Tap Reply: Start typing your response as usual.
  3. Tap the link icon: The icon appears only on comments that show clear shopping intent (for example, asking where to buy the product or requesting a product link).
  4. Choose a product: Products from your Showcase appear first. You can also search for eligible products from TikTok Shop. If the product isn't already in your Showcase, it will be added automatically.
  5. Edit the product name (optional): Adjust the name so it reads naturally in your reply.
  6. Post your reply: The product name will appear as a clickable link in your comment.
