In this section, you will learn how to cancel an order that has a high chance of refund. Cancelling an order that is tagged with "High chance of refund" will not impact your score or performance.
Note: This feature is currently available to whitelisted sellers at this time. If you are interested in enabling this feature, please reach out to your account manager.To cancel an order:

1. Access the orders section in your Seller Center

2. Locate the order you need to cancel
3. Click on cancel order and select the reason order with a high chance of refund

4. Confirm the cancellation
