Have you checked out our Hero Program? It's TikTok Shop's guide to help you turn your products into bestsellers and earn rewards as you go. We wanted to share an update that this program now operates on a monthly cycle. Now you can start each month on the 1st with high-potential products, follow 6 steps within the same calendar month to earn rewards, and finish all steps within each cycle to claim your rewards. Task progress will reset monthly!

Store Tiering

Have you checked out our Store Tiering program? This is a program guide designed to enhance shopper trust and highlight our top-performing sellers. To see where you stand, visit the Brand Recognition Page if you are a brand or authorized to sell branded products, or the Star Seller Page for our independent sellers. A key part of your eligibility is your Shop Performance Score (SPS), which we've recently updated to give you a more accurate and fair measure of your shop's health.

Prompter

Prompter is a built-in plugin within the TikTok Shop video recording experience that displays AI generated selling points of the linked product directly on screen while recording a video. This feature streamlines the recording process, enhances content accuracy, and helps creators produce shoppable videos more efficiently and confidently.

Logistics & Fulfillment

Auto Order Combo

Tiktok Shop is expanding Livestream order auto-combination feature to all shopping channels in the US. Now, TikTok Shop will enable auto-combination shopper orders placed with the sellers across all order channels within a pre-defined time window, when the shopper, shopper address, seller, and seller warehouse are consistent. This cross-channel package combination will further enhance logistics efficiency for sellers and lower multi-order shipping costs. Sellers already enrolled in Livestream auto-combine feature will be automatically upgraded to Automated order combination for all channels as their current selection.

Affiliate

Sample Request Filter

As a reminder, after creators submit requests for free samples or purchase Refundable Samples, you'll receive all requests and orders in the Sample Requests page of Affiliate Center to manage. New filters within Seller Center make it easier for sellers like you to find sample collaborations that are more likely to generate sales or see stronger traffic.

Creator Sample Score (Beta)

We are always working on new ways to make Affiliate Center more useful for our sellers. We recently made Creator PPS (Promotion Performance Score) visible in Affiliate Center, and now, select sellers will also be able to see Creator Sample score - a quick way to understand a Creator's engagement, fulfillment, and content performance with TikTok Shop samples. Note: this is a beta experience, so not all sellers can access this measure.

Customer Overview Page

We're excited to introduce the Customer Overview Page, your one-stop hub to unlock shopper insights and grow your sales. With the Customer Overview Page, you can see shopper trends, get guidance, and grow sales. Access this tool by going to Seller Center then clicking Customers on the left-hand menu.

Smart Product Collections

A great-looking shop helps you sell more. When your shop is clean and easy to browse, shoppers are more likely to stay longer, click more, and buy more. Now you can quickly upgrade your shop with easy-to-use templates and the new Smart Product Collections feature. Choose from 10 free templates based on industry best practices. Shops using industry templates have seen up to 30% higher click-through rates.
Go to Seller Center ➡️ Marketing on the left-hand menu ➡️ Shop Design to explore the new templates and Smart Product Collections.

Auto Registration

We’re excited to introduce Auto-Registration, a brand-new feature designed to make campaign participation easier and more efficient for you. No more manually enrolling in multiple campaigns - this feature will automatically register your eligible products, ensuring you never miss an opportunity to boost your sales.

Multiple Flash Sales

Speaking of campaigns, you can now register one product across regular, LIVE, and Co-Funded Flash Sales simultaneously! This unlocks flexibility and maximizes exposure to your products. This feature has built-in logic to ensure the right price shows and that you're still able to offer LIVE-only deals while keeping regular discounts on-site to drive sales.
This capability is already live and available when you create flash sales.
