Combined Listings allow you to seamlessly connect related products to give your customers a smooth, integrated shopping experience with more choices. With Combined Listings, you can now offer your customers those choices by using a new More Choices option on the Product Page. If you have two separate Product IDs and want to "connect them" on the Product Detail page, Combined Listings are for you. Keep shoppers engaged within your product catalog, encouraging them to explore more of your offerings and complete their purchase.

Going LIVE

Creator Exclusive Price

We have recently launched a new promotion in Seller Center called Creator Exclusive Price, which allows you to offer a discounted product for targeted Creators to sell during their LIVE sessions. Now, unlike the Creator LIVE Flash Sale, you're not required to offer the lowest price from the past 14 days.
With Creator Exclusive Price, you have more control while still offering an attractive deal. You can even target certain creators or target larger pre-defined creator segments to go broader.

LIVE Billboard Update

In order to deliver more accurate and consistent information to shoppers in LIVE sessions and continue enhancing the trust between sellers/creators and shoppers, we will now provide pre-created LIVE Billboard templates for you to use.
As of September 26th, 2025, the ability to customize Billboard individually will be removed. This change will help ensure accurate information is displayed to shoppers, creating a smoother and more reliable shopping experience during LIVE sessions.

Free Shipping Product Recommendations

We're excited to introduce a new feature to help you make data-informed decisions around offering free shipping, one of the most effective tactics to drive conversions. With Smart Product Recommendations for Free Shipping, the system now helps you prioritize products that will benefit the most from free shipping, based on real-time sales performance and product data.
Now, you can let TikTok Shop help you prioritize products that will benefit the most from free shipping, based on real-time sales performance and product data. Here's how it works:
  • You might notice a new "recommendations banner" at the top of your Shipping Overview page when eligible products are identified with no minimum purchase required. This will guide you to create free shipping promotions.
  • With just one click, you can apply free shipping in bulk to all recommended products
  • Finally, you will be able to apply single product free shipping to all recommended products in bulk with one click!
imageYou can now also enable and manage free shipping at the product level, giving you greater control over your shipping strategy:
  • Quickly view each product’s free shipping status.
  • Turn free shipping on or off per product via the Manage Product Free Shipping Settings page.
  • Make changes anytime, without affecting your store-wide shipping rules.

Shop Ads Commission Rate Update

We've recently updated the commission rules for Open Collaboration Shop Ads to align with our standard commission rules. Creators will now get a 30-day grace period to earn their original Shop Ads commission rate before a new rate takes effect.
Previously, if you changed the commission rate on a product, it would immediately impact creators who were already promoting it. With this update, if a creator has already added a product to their showcase, the original, higher commission rate will be locked in for 30 days, even if you reduce the commission. This new mechanism ensures creators receive stable compensation for their work.

Say goodbye to guesswork and get one clear view of your business with our new Affiliate Center Performance page — access all key affiliate metrics in one place, analyze performance, and seamlessly navigate product, creator, video, or live analytics with consistent, reliable insights. Plus, access the same great info from Seller Center too.
At the moment, the new Performance page is a new addition to your suite of Analytics pages on Affiliate Center. Keep in mind that we are constantly improving Affiliate Center, so some of the older Analytics pages may not be available in the future.

One-Click Automated Plan Set-Up

TikTok Shop's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool is a free, easy-to-use feature that helps you build stronger relationships with your customers through personalized marketing messages and promotions. We have an exciting update following up from last month. Last time, we launched a one-click setup that helps you easily turn on 3 automated CRM plans: recover abandoned carts, recover incomplete checkouts, and post-purchase thank you. We've also launched Smart Coupons, which automatically attach the best available coupon to these messages.
With this last month's update, you can now set up a one-time CRM plan in just one click. We'll pre-fill it with your best-selling products, the coupon most likely to convert, and send it at the optimal time. You'll see this option if you've visited the CRM tool but haven't created a one-time plan recently, so you can quickly reach the right shoppers, see results faster and get more comfortable using CRM to grow your business.

Enhanced Follower Insights

With Enhanced Follower Insights, you can now see in detail how your followers drive your business and take quick action to grow, convert, and retain them. As a reminder, the Followers tab focuses on people who follow your shop, helping you convert them into customers. Meanwhile, the Customers tab focuses on people who have purchased from your shop and their buying behavior.
This tool shows you how followers compare to non-followers in GMV and repeat purchases, which channels bring the most value, and how follower performance trends over time. From there, you can take action right away with strategies like coupons, LIVE give aways, and automated CRM welcome messages.

Customer Messages: High Priority Folder

As you handle your customer messages, we now have a "High Priority" filter to help you prioritize who to respond to first. Stay on top of your most important buyer chats without manually scrolling through all your messages. The High-Priority Folder in IM automatically flags repeat contacts, unresolved issues, and negative sentiment and many more. This helps you to see them clearly in your chat list so you can act fast. Focus on the right shoppers, save time, and boost your 24-hour response rate and CSAT.

Customer Service Chat Assistant: Reply Recommendations

We also have an exciting update to our Chat Assistant. We're now introducing Reply Recommendations, which helps you reply to customers faster and more accurately with real-time AI-powered reply suggestions.
Now, you will automatically get recommendations when you type certain keywords or if a customer question matches the "Knowledge base". These recommendations can be from "best practices" based on highest historical CSAT, TikTok official, label TikTok "Policy" and FAQs. You can even set your own reply and have it labelled as "Saved Reply".

GMV Max Ads for Campaigns

GMV Max Ads are now available and automated with certain campaign registrations. Now, when your designated product is registered and approved for a platform campaign, a GMV Max Ads campaign will automatically be created. This makes it easier to leverage advertising to maximize your sales and visibility during key promotional periods. It's auto-created and auto-optimized! This means time savings, increased exposure for your shoppable content, and increased sales.

Review Coupon

The Review Coupon is a new promotion tool in your toolkit to increase user reviews and build buyer trust. You fund the coupon, and our system automatically issues it to buyers who meet the review criteria. This incentivizes customers to share richer feedback, boosting your product credibility, conversions, and repeat purchases.

Incentivized Reviews tab

We also have a new Incentivized Reviews tab under the Product Ratings section in Seller Center that is directly related to the Review Coupon. This new tab serves as your central tab to manage all incentivized reviews from one place. You can read step-by-step instructions on how to start using the new Review Coupon to gather more high-quality reviews, manage all incentivized reviews, and easily track the status, usage, and effectiveness of your incentivized review campaigns.
