Paying off negative balances

We have launched a new finance tool that will enable you to proactively pay off any negative balance on TikTok Shop and remain in good standing. A negative balance can occur when miscellaneous platform expenses or refunds exceed shop revenue during the settlement period.
Previously, any outstanding fees owed to TikTok Shop could only be paid by being deducted from your future payouts. Now, you can proactively pay off any negative balance via credit card or debit card.

Combined Listings

Combined Listings allow you to seamlessly connect related products to give your customers a smooth, integrated shopping experience with more choices. If you have two separate Product IDs and want to "connect them" on the Product Detail page, Combined Listings are for you. Keep shoppers engaged within your product catalog, encouraging them to explore more of your offerings and complete their purchase.

Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) hub placement fees

We’re committed to supporting your business and building a thriving marketplace on TikTok Shop.
In addition to the fee reductions we introduced in June, we have further lowered our fees in August to better align with the market and support your business on TikTok Shop.

Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) Storage Rate Card Update

We also recently made changes to Fulfilled by TikTok (FBT) storage policy and fees to help you better manage your overall costs.
We’re doubling the free storage period from 30 days to 60 days, giving you more flexibility and time to manage your inventory. Additionally, you’ll receive up to 20% discount on storage fees for inventory stored in FBT warehouses beyond the 60-day period. This discount is valid through January 31, 2026.

Now, we've recently launched a one-click setup that helps you easily turn on 3 automated CRM plans: recover abandoned carts, recover incomplete checkouts, and post-purchase thank you. We've also launched Smart Coupons, which automatically attach the best available coupon to these messages.

Shop Design

Share your TikTok Shop

You now have the ability to easily share your TikTok Shop, curated product collections, or single product links/QR codes externally! Available in Seller Center PC and the app, this new feature will help you increase your traffic through organic, paid, and private domain channels.
To share your TikTok Shop, log in to Seller Center > Go to Marketing on the left-hand menu > Click Shop design > Tap the Share icon next to the Design shop button > then choose Get link or Get QR code.

Shop Design Header Image Upgrade

We've also improved the Header section within Shop Design to help you more easily create professional, branded storefronts. You can add a header with your logo, brand name, or a high-quality image to showcase your brand. A good-looking header can help increase visibility and improve trust with buyers. The system automatically checks that your header image is clear and high quality. If not, it won't appear in your shop!

Image Recommendation Generator

There's an enhanced image recommendation generator in the Shop Design tool to further help you decorate your TikTok Shop! The image generator will help create images with clear calls-to-action, strong value propositions, and visual impact. There are 3 themes you can choose from: promotion, new release and branding. These images can be customized to your liking or you can choose from our existing template that fits your style.
