Shoppable Video Content Management is your central place in Seller Center to view, filter, and take action on all your shoppable videos. This upgraded experience makes it easier to review your videos shortly after posting, quickly find specific videos, and decide which videos to improve or promote.
This new experience replaces the previous Manage Content page and provides improved tools for reviewing and managing your shoppable videos.
You can:
  • View all posted shoppable videos
  • Filter and sort videos
  • Review video quality and compliance signals
  • Confirm product link status
  • Take action on videos directly from the list

🧭 How to Access This Feature

  1. Log in to Seller Center
  2. Navigate to LIVE & video in the left-hand menu, then click Shoppable videos
  3. Select Content management at the top of the page

⚙️ How it Works

  1. Review your videos: The Content Management page shows all your shoppable videos in one list. Each video row includes:
    • Video preview and caption
    • Linked product information
    • Video diagnosis (quality or compliance signals)
    • Posting time
    • Quick action buttons
  2. Use tabs to focus on specific videos: At the top of the page, you’ll see several tabs:
    • All: Shows all of your shoppable videos.
    • Good quality: Shows videos that meet platform quality standards and are more likely to perform well. These videos are strong candidates for promotion or reuse.
    • Violations: Shows videos that may have compliance or policy issues that need attention.
    • To be improved: Shows videos that may benefit from improvements such as stronger content, clearer product presentation, or better conversion signals.

  3. Use filters to find videos quickly: You can filter videos using the controls at the top of the page. Available filters include:
    • Date range
    • Product ID
    • Video name
    • Account (if applicable)
Filters help you quickly locate videos connected to a specific product, campaign, or time period.
  1. Customize your performance metrics: You can choose which performance metrics appear in your video list so you can focus on the results that matter most to your business. To customize metrics, click Metrics above the video list, select the performance indicators you want to track, then click Save. Available metrics may include:

    • Sales metrics: GMV, SKU orders, Items sold, Customers, Shoppable video attributed GMV, CTOR, and GPM
    • Traffic metrics: Video views, Likes, comments, and shares, Product impressions, Product clicks, Video CTR, Video finish rate
Customizing metrics helps you compare video performance and quickly identify which videos drive traffic or sales.
  1. Export video performance data: You can export your video data for reporting to deeper analysis. To export data:
    • Apply filters or select metrics as needed
    • Click the Export icon
    • Download your report file
Exported data reflects the filters and metrics you selected.
  1. Review detailed video performance data (View Data): The View data action opens a detailed analytics page for the selected video. This page allows you to:

    • Analyze engagement metrics
    • Understand how each video contributes to sales
This helps you evaluate which videos are driving results.
  1. Promote videos using Create Ad: The Create ad action allows you to turn a shoppable video into a paid promotion directly from Seller Center.
