- Or log into TikTok Shop Seller Center -> click Analytics on the left-hand menu -> click the Channel analytics tab at the top -> click Video -> click Photo Details

- Today
- Day
- Week
- Month
- Custom range
- Step 3: Choose which account's data to view. Select the account via the "Linked accounts" dropdown menu.

- Step 4: Review photo-level performance. You'll see a list of photo posts from linked accounts that generate engagement or sales during the selected time period. Each entry shows:

- Photo details and publish time
- Linked product(s)
- Key performance metrics (GMV, views, etc.)
- Step 5: Customize the metrics you track. Click the edit icon at the top right of the list to:

- Switch between Today (Realtime) and Offline metrics
- Choose which sales and traffic metrics to display

- Step 6: View product-level performance. Click View Detail on any photo to open the Product Performance page. There, you can see:

- Products linked to that photo
- Performance metrics for each product
- This helps you understand exactly which items are driving sales from that post.
- Step 7: Review the photos. Click on the photo name to preview the photo and check the product link.

- Step 8: Switch between link types. Use the Link type dropdown menu at the top to select either Product link or Shop link.

- What are shop link photos?
- Shop link introduces a new way to share shoppable photos. Instead of linking to individual products, you can now direct users to your entire shop. Upon clicking, customers can browse the full collection and complete their purchases directly within the shop page.
- How is performance attributed to the shop link photos?
- Performance is evaluated based on how customers interact with your shop after clicking through a shoppable photo. We track every product impression, click, and sale following their entry to determine the overall performance of your shoppable photos. In this beta version, all data is displayed in UTC. We will update this to PT in our next update.
- The metrics you can see in this beta mode:
- Shop page photo attributed GMV
- Shop page photo attributed product impressions
- Shop page photo attributed CTR
- Shop link clicks
- Views
📌 Note: In this beta version, all data is displayed in UTC. We will update this to PT in our next update.
- Step 9: Search by Product ID or Photo ID. Use the search bar above the photo list. and select your desired search type from the dropdown to switch between Product ID and Photo ID.
Note: If you selected Shop link as your link type, you can only search by Photo ID.

- Step 10: Download data for deeper analysis (optional). You can download the photo performance list to analyze trends offline or share insights with your team.

📈 How to check performance for Auto-post product
- Step 1: Auto-post analytics has been upgraded to display performance at product-level. Please select "Auto post product performance" in the drop-down list to view total GMV contribution from auto-post and product-level performance.

- What is auto-post product performance?
- Product contribution measures the product-level performance of auto-posted shoppable photos, aggregating overall data for streamlined analysis and tracking.
- Step 2: If you are not currently using this feature. An option for turning on Auto-post contents will be pop-up. If you are currently using this feature, you can view the key metrics and linked products for the auto-post contents.

📌 Under Auto-post Product Performance, we only support the "Product link" type.
- Why you should analyze auto-post at product-level?
- Auto-post is a unique feature that allows TikTok Shop to automatically distribute shoppable photos on your behalf. Given the high volume of content generated, we recommend viewing performance directly at the product level. Asset-level metrics will be added in our next update to provide deeper insights into your automated content.
- Step 3: Customize the metrics you track. Click the edit icon at the top right of the list to set metrics. You can also turn on the "Trend" toggle to view metric trends.
📌 We only support viewing offline data under auto-post product performance.

- Step 4: View the individual linked product performance in the "Linked Products" section . You can also search by Product ID.

🌟 Best Practices
- Check your top-performing photos regularly: Look at which posts are driving the most GMV and orders, and use that insight to guide future content.
- Use photos to support product launches: Post photos for new products and monitor early performance to see what gains traction quickly.
- Double down on what converts: If certain products or visual styles perform well, create more content in a similar format.
- Test and learn: Try different types of photo content and track what drives engagement and sales over time.
- Review product-level insights: Use the Detail view to see which products benefit most from photo exposure and adjust your strategy accordingly.
