What is the AI Fashion Video Maker?

How to Get Started

You'll find easy access to this new tool in the Shoppable Video hub within Seller Center. It is available to you on your PC as well as the Seller Center App. Click here to access the PC (desktop) experience, or here to access it via the Seller Center App. For the latter, make sure you've downloaded the app from your mobile device's app store.
If you're a seller of men's or women's clothing, this tool will be prominently displayed and may even be your default landing page. If you sell other categories but have at least five men's or women's clothing products listed, you'll also have access.

How to Create Your Video

Once you've landed on the Shoppable Video hub, make sure you're in the right place. If you haven't landed on the tool as soon as you enter the hub, you can discover it in three different ways:

1. By clicking on the AI Fashion Video Maker button on the Shoppable Video hub page's task bar
2. Clicking on the 'Create Video' dropdown in the upper right hand corner, and then clicking on 'AI Fashion Video Maker'
3. Clicking on 'Create Content', followed by 'AI demo'

If opening in the app, click on 'AI demo' when you land on the Shoppable Video hub.
If you have never tried this feature before, you'll be presented with the experience above. Click on 'Try AI demo' to get started. If you have tried this feature before, you'll be presented with a list of your videos produced by the AI Fashion Video Maker (example in the picture below).
Once you've clicked on 'Try AI demo', you'll be prompted to add your products. Keep in mind that we'll only give you the option to add active SKUs that have been added to your TikTok Shop and approved. Once you've selected your products, click on 'Add photos'.
Add 3 to 5 high-quality photos of your product. Remember, a high-quality photo offers a clean background with minimal distractions and places your product front and center in great lighting. We offer some important recommendations on the right-hand side of your screen. If you're opening this experience within the Seller Center app, click on 'View Examples' to check out the recommendations.
Once you've successfully added photos, all you have to do is click 'Generate Video'! Please note that it will take approximately 30 minutes for the AI Fashion Video Maker to create your video. When successfully created, you'll see the page below which indicates that your video is ready to share. We'll also notify you when it's ready to download via a push notification on your phone or a notification in your desktop browser.
