Manage team access to your TikTok Shop Organization Account

Manage team access to your official Organization Account with ease. As the Main Shop Administrator, you can now view, add, or revoke access at any time. This simplifies TikTok Shop operations and ensures account safety, as you no longer need to share your password with team members. This functionality is available only on Organization Accounts.

  • Log into Seller Center.
  • Navigate to your profile section at the top right corner and click "My Account".
  • Select "Linked Accounts" to get started.

Step 2Invite team members to co-manage your shop's Organization Account by either creating new sub-accounts or linking existing accounts to the Affiliate Manager/Main Administrator role. Revoke access easily by deleting accounts or simply changing their roles. Click the "Add" button to get started.

For a new employeeSelect "Create a new sub-account" and click "Continue".

Fill in the required information and assign the sub-account either the Affiliate Manager or Main Administrator role.Note: You must select one of these two roles to grant management access. Only sub-accounts with these specific roles can have access to your organization account.

Click the "Send Invite" button on the top right corner of the page to send the activation link for the sub-account.
The sub-account owner can follow the instructions to get their unique login credentials and log into your TikTok Shop organization account.

    • To revoke the management access of sub-accounts, simply remove the Affiliate Manager or Main Administrator role associated with sub-accounts or delete these accounts permanently from your team dashboard. Once access is revoked, any active sessions from this sub-account on the TikTok Organization Account will be automatically logged out.

As the sub-account owner with management access:
  • Log into Seller Center and go to the same account binding page (Seller Center > Profile - "My account" > "Linked Accounts").
  • Obtain login credentials for the organization account.
Note: As an Affiliate Manager or Main Administrator, you're able to manage the Organization Account created and belonged to the shop entity. You will NOT have access to personal accounts associated with the shop.

Note: To ensure account security, if a sub-account is removed from the organization or loses its Affiliate Manager or Main Administrator role, the owner will immediately lose access to the main account's login credentials. Additionally, any active sessions from this sub-account on the TikTok Organization Account will be automatically logged out.
